April 17, 2024, chaired by the director, Doctor of Economics Vasyl TSARUK The sixth meeting of the college's pedagogical council was held.
The meeting was opened by the director, who congratulated the team on this event, proposed the presidium for election, presented the agenda of the pedagogical council, and introduced the new employees to those present.
Secretary of the pedagogical council, college methodologist, candidate of agricultural sciences Vadym LYULCHYK reported on the progress of the implementation of the decisions of the previous pedagogical councils. In particular, on: the decision of the pedagogical council dated 10/26/2023 No. 2; the decision of the pedagogical council dated 12/20/2023 No. 3; the decision of the pedagogical council dated 02/07/2024 No. 4; monitoring and reviewing the educational and professional programs for the training of professional junior bachelors "Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market", "Software Engineering" in the process of preparing for accreditation in 2024-2025 academic year; approval of educational and professional programs for the degree of higher education "Bachelor" and approval of educational and professional programs for the educational and professional degree "Professional Junior Bachelor"; approval of the regulations for the activities of the psychological service of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine"; advanced training of teaching staff of the college; certification of teaching staff of the college.
College Director Vasyl TSARUK reported on the activities of the college staff for the period from 07.02.2024 to 24.04.2024. It was noted about the activities and events that took place during this period of time: meetings of the Academic Council of the University and the Administrative Council of the College; ceremonial opening of a memorial plaque in memory of Yaroslav Petrovich Korsun and on the occasion of his 80th anniversary; certification of teaching staff; installation in the college yard with photos with biographies of 14 graduates who died for Ukraine from 2014 to February 2024; Open Day and career guidance marathon; student meetings and meetings of the labor collective of full-time college employees who are not scientific, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical employees, at which elected representatives were elected who will participate in the elections of the rector of NUBiP of Ukraine; preparation for NMT in English, mathematics, history of Ukraine, Ukrainian language; weeks of land management, construction disciplines and a week of disciplines of the programming department; meetings of departments; work of the library and information center.
The director also focused on the open classes and educational events that took place during this period at the college, guest lectures, sports achievements of the college teams, cultural and mass work that was carried out, meetings of study groups with business representatives, charitable activities, etc. The volume of work performed on the economic side was noted.
The guarantors of educational and professional programs reported on the monitoring and review of educational and professional programs for the training of professional junior bachelors in "Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market", "Software Engineering" in the process of preparing for accreditation in 2024-2025 academic year Viktor POZNAKHOVSKY and Iryna YAKYMCHUKThe co-rapporteurs were: Lyudmila BALDYCH, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs; Oksana CHERNACHUK, teacher of economic disciplines; Oksana KUDELYA, head of the cyclical programming and information disciplines commission.
Deputy Director for Educational Work Oleksandr TALIMONCHUK and teacher of the subject "Defense of Ukraine" Volodymyr Khrystyanovych spoke on the topic "National and patriotic education of student youth as a factor of development national consciousness, civic activity, legal values of the rising generation." In particular, it was noted about legislative and regulatory documents that determine the main directions of national and patriotic education; the main social and state (national) values of Ukraine; the powers of educational entities in the field of establishing Ukrainian national and civic identity.
In order to fulfill these tasks, the college held a system of national-patriotic events. When celebrating national holidays and memorable dates, scientific and practical conferences, seminars, round tables were held; military-sports competitions, festivals-competitions of patriotic songs, creative works; heroes-defenders of Ukraine and the memory of those who died for the independence of the Ukrainian people were honored, etc.
Iryna YAKYMCHUK, head of the programming department, reported on the work of the department. Iryna Oleksandrivna focused the attention of those present on the following issues:
- Conducting career guidance work to form a contingent of students for the 2023-2024 academic year.
- Student contingent (number of groups, specialties, number of students studying under a state order and for full payment of tuition fees). Number of students in need of social support.
- Monitoring the educational process, the number of classes attended for the purpose of monitoring, conclusions about the quality of classes. Open classes were held.
- Material and technical base of the department, work of offices and laboratories.
- Educational and extracurricular work carried out by teachers at the department.
- Working with supervisors and head teachers of study groups. Self-government at the department.
- Accommodation of students of the department in a dormitory, work with parents.
- Practical training, quality of coursework (projects), reports on educational and industrial practices.
- Communication with production and stakeholders.
Chief Accountant Olena CHERNACHUK-SEMENISHYNA reported on the registration and write-off of material assets.
