Milestones in the history of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine"

1952. Tiny islands of knowledge were then a one-year school for training accountants and bookkeepers of collective farms and a regional agricultural school for training heads of collective farms. It was on their basis that an accounting college was opened in 1956. Over its more than 70-year history, the college has gone through a long and bright path of development, becoming a powerful educational center for training specialists. The history of the college is a real treasury of wisdom, pedagogical skills, and innovative technologies. The teaching staff has preserved a unique creative potential and long-standing traditions for decades.

  • October 1, 1952 - in accordance with the decision of the Executive Committee of the Rivne Regional Council of Workers' Deputies of September 8, 1952, the Rivne Regional Agricultural School for the training of collective farm heads and a one-year school for collective farm accountants were opened.
  • 1956 – by order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Ukrainian SSR No. 1020-K dated October 8, 1956, the Rivne Accounting College was opened.
  • 1958 – a correspondence department was opened.
  • 1964 – the specialty "Agricultural Production Planning" is introduced.
  • 1968 – training of specialists in the specialty "Hydromelioration" began.
  • 1969 – training of specialists in the specialty "Industrial and Civil Engineering" began.
  • In 1969, the Rivne Accounting College was renamed the Rivne Agricultural College.
  • 1989 – on the basis of the Rivne Agricultural College and the state farm “Zdobutok Zhovtnya” (village of Obariv, Rivne district), the Rivne State Farm College was established.
  • 1989 – training of specialists in the specialty "Jurisprudence" began.
  • 1992 – training of specialists in the specialties "Land Management" and "Organization of Procurement and Commodity Analysis of Agricultural Products" began.
  • 1994 – Rivne State Agricultural College was renamed Rivne State Agricultural College.
  • 1997 – Yaroslav Petrovich Korsun, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, Excellent Worker of Education of Ukraine, Excellent Worker of Agricultural Education of Ukraine, was elected director of the technical school.
  • 2000 – the specialization “Technical expertise of buildings and structures, real estate transactions” was opened.
  • 2000 – RDSGT was renamed into Rivne State Agrarian Technical School.
  • 2001 – training of specialists in the specialties "Finance", "Programming for EOT and AC" and the specialization "Land Legal Relations" began.
  • 2002 – in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine No. 105 dated December 24, 2002, the Educational and Practical Center for Land Management was established at the college.
  • 2004 – the educational institution was named Rivne State Agrarian College.
  • 2011 – the college received a license to train specialists in the specialty "Building and Structure Decoration and Construction Design".
  • 2016 – in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 16 dated January 14, 2016 “On the reorganization of the Rivne State Agrarian College”, the college entered the structure of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine and changed its name to “Separate structural unit “Rivne College of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine”.
  • 2016 - the Interdepartmental Educational Laboratory of the NUBiP of Ukraine was created on the basis of the college, where you can obtain a Bachelor's degree in 5 specialties in absentia, and from 2020 - a Master's degree in the specialty "ICT in Education".
  • 2018 – training of specialists with a bachelor's degree in the specialties of "Accounting and Taxation", "Geodesy and Land Management", "Software Engineering" began, the first (bachelor's) level in the specialty "Construction and Civil Engineering" was licensed.
  • 2018 – a sports complex with artificial turf was opened.
  • 2018 – Iryna Dmytrivna Matkovska, a teacher-methodologist of legal disciplines, won the All-Ukrainian competition “Pedagogical OSCAR”.
  • 2019 – training of specialists for the bachelor's degree in the specialty "Construction and Civil Engineering" began.
  • 2019 – The Pedagogical OSCAR was awarded to Oleg Igorovich Kachanovsky, a teacher and methodologist of land management disciplines.
  • 2020 – the college received a license to expand educational activities at the level of professional pre-higher education in the specialty 073 "Management".
  • 2020 – the accreditation examination of the educational and professional programs “Geodesy and Land Management”, “Software Engineering”, “Accounting and Taxation” of the Bachelor's degree of higher education was successfully conducted.
  • 2021 – the accreditation examination of the educational and professional program "Construction and Civil Engineering" with a higher education degree of "Bachelor" was successfully conducted.
  • 2021 – The Pedagogical OSCAR was won by Rusina Nelya Grigorievna, a teacher and methodologist of land management disciplines.
  • 2022 – the college received a license to expand educational activities at the level of professional pre-higher education in specialty 125 "Cybersecurity".
  • 2022 – the pedagogical OSCAR was awarded to Iryna Yakymchuk, teacher-methodologist, head of the programming department.
  • 2023 – the college received a license to expand educational activities at the level of professional pre-higher education in specialty 126 "Information Systems and Technologies".
  • 2023 – Vasyl Tsaruk, Doctor of Economics, was appointed director of the college.
