Material and technical base is the key to the development and success of the college

To ensure a high-quality educational process and proper training of students, due attention in the educational institution should be paid to the material and technical base. The college is rightfully considered one of the leaders in the field of professional pre-higher education in Ukraine, and its material base plays an important role in achieving this status.

Technically equipped classrooms and laboratories

The college offers students modern and comfortable learning conditions, thanks to the extensive use of innovative technologies. They have modern classrooms equipped with interactive whiteboards and audio-video equipment, which helps teachers conduct classes at the highest level.

Rivne Vocational College has 52 classrooms, including three lecture halls with 100 seats; 13 computer rooms and laboratories containing 294 computers, which are combined into the Computer and Information Center and are used in the training of specialists of all specialties.

The college's classrooms and laboratories are the true hubs of the future. Students have access to modern equipment and tools necessary for conducting scientific research and practical exercises. From the physics classroom to the engineering and information technology laboratories, the college offers a variety of opportunities for in-depth study and practical application of knowledge.

Library and learning resources

Learning is impossible without access to appropriate sources of knowledge. The college can proudly present its library, which has 52,440 copies of textbooks, manuals, art publications, magazines and electronic resources, covering the entire necessary range of topics and academic disciplines.

In addition to the book collection, students in the reading room also have access to online resources that help them improve their skills and learn modern technologies.

Campus and infrastructure

The college takes care of students and provides a student campus with two modern dormitories for living. Students have convenient access to the dining room, sports complex, artificial turf football field and recreational areas, which promotes an active lifestyle and provides opportunities for preparing for classes. Considerable attention is paid not only to comfort, but also to the safety of staying in the dormitories. So, in 2023, a fire alarm and notification system were installed and put into operation in dormitory No. 1, and a video surveillance system operates around the clock on the territory.

Since we have to work under martial law, the college has an anti-radiation shelter and a simple storage facility that allows all participants in the educational process involved in one shift to stay at the same time. The storage facilities are equipped with drinking water, sanitary facilities, a forced ventilation system, and an Internet connection.

College students and teachers have access to:

student dispensary (dormitory No. 2);
shooting range; workshops;
sports complex: mini-football field with artificial turf, gymnastics area and indoor playground for playing sports;
gym; exercise room;
medical center.

Applicants for professional pre-higher education and employees are provided with free access to the Internet, including using wireless Wi-Fi technologies.

Assets and achievements

The material base of the college is the result of many years of investment in the development of our institution of professional pre-higher education. Thanks to these efforts, we can boast of a high level of equipment and provide students with the best conditions for learning and achieving high results. And the material base is one of the key components of this success. Each department has something to boast about in particular - surveyors have purchased a DJI Mavic 3 Pro unmanned aerial vehicle; builders have been equipped with a modern workshop; economists work in the computer laboratory of the educational accounting department with licensed software BAS: Accounting; law students receive socially unprotected versts of the population free of charge in the educational legal consultation, programmers study network technologies in their own server room and implement student development - a repository of scientific works.

Everything in our college, from modern classrooms and laboratories to the library and infrastructure, is designed and improved to provide students with the best conditions for learning and development. The material base is an investment in the future of students and the success of the college as a whole.
