VSP “RFK NUBiP of Ukraine” is an educational center with ancient traditions and modern innovative approaches, the mission of which is to create, systematize, store and disseminate modern knowledge to improve the quality of life of people, train specialists of the European level. To successfully implement this goal, the college has been training highly qualified graduates for 70 years, who are favorably distinguished in the regional labor market by their in-depth study of foreign languages and modern information technologies in a number of accredited specialties.

The separate structural unit “Rivne Professional College of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Management of Ukraine” is an institution of professional pre-higher education, which is rightfully considered one of the best in Ukraine and the largest in terms of the number of students in the Rivne region. Founded in 1952, over more than 70 years of existence, it has gone from an agricultural school to a powerful structural unit of the capital's flagship of education in Ukraine. Over the years, “Rivne Agrarian” has become a real “forge of personnel” for many enterprises, institutions and organizations of the region and Ukraine; visiting any enterprise, you can almost certainly meet our former students. The college is proud of its many graduates. Some of them took over from their mentors and are now conducting scientific and teaching work, teaching students, and most of them work fruitfully and successfully in the branches of the economy and serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, defending our state from the Russian enemy.
Being a member of the family of educational institutions of NUBiP of Ukraine is an achievement that has opened up unlimited opportunities for personal and professional growth for the college and its students, broadened horizons, and guaranteed support on the path to success.
Following the example of the university, which has the program "Holosiivka Initiative-2025", the college has developed the program "Rivne Initiative-2025", which aims to build a college strategy and provide it with effective mechanisms for implementation. Today, under the leadership of the new director, a program for the next five years is being developed - "Rivne Initiative - 2030", which has ambitious plans, which new generations of young entrants have a chance to implement.
Today, Rivne Vocational College of NUBiP of Ukraine is a modern educational institution, which enrolls more than 2,000 full-time and part-time students. All the work of our team is aimed at forming new generation specialists who must master fundamental and special knowledge and creatively use them in their work. Taking into account the needs of the labor market, the college constantly updates the specialties and educational and professional programs, according to which our specialists are trained. All of our eleven educational and professional programs are provided with certificates of accreditation of the State Education Quality Service of Ukraine, which allows students to be confident in obtaining high-quality knowledge and documents on education of the established standard. Young people in our educational institution can choose an individual educational trajectory among the following educational programs of professional pre-higher education:
- Construction and operation of buildings and structures;
- Decoration of buildings and structures and construction design;
- Geodesy and land management;
- Software Engineering;
- Information systems and technologies;
- Cybersecurity;
- Management;
- Accounting and taxation;
- Entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activities;
- Right;
- Finance, banking, insurance and the stock market.
In accordance with modern European practice, the college has created a clear system of degree education that covers all specialties. In fact, admission to our educational institution is admission to the university. For example, graduates of economic specialties, programmers, builders and surveyors can continue their studies for a bachelor's degree directly at the college, in accredited educational programs. For graduates - lawyers, correspondence studies are organized on the basis of the interdepartmental training laboratory of the National University of Bioresources and Environmental Management of Ukraine. In addition, the best graduates continue their studies every year at the National University of Bioresources and Environmental Management of Ukraine, after which they have the opportunity to get a job in leading enterprises, organizations, and state authorities of the capital.
However, the college is not used to stopping there, and in order to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market, along with a diploma of professional pre-higher education, graduates receive a certificate of qualification in licensed labor professions.

It is worth adding the opportunity to obtain a category B driver's license while studying at college, and one conclusion becomes clear - our graduates do not join the ranks of the unemployed, but always find an opportunity to implement their knowledge and skills.
For the full formation of the competencies needed by specialists, a powerful material and technical base is necessary, and the college has it.
Rivne Vocational College has 52 classrooms, including three lecture halls for 100 seats; 13 computer classes for 294 workstations, which are combined into the Computer and Information Center and are used in the training of all specialties. The library and information center includes a library with a reading room for 150 seats, a media hall, an assembly hall for 250 seats. The institution has two sports halls, one gym, one sports field. Recently, three computer classrooms were completely renovated, four classrooms were equipped with multimedia equipment, and a DJI Mavic 3 Pro unmanned aerial vehicle was purchased, which is necessary for surveying students and studying the extremely relevant discipline "Defense of Ukraine" today.
The potential of the college is concentrated in six departments - economic, land and legal, programming, construction, correspondence education and general education. The methodological support of the educational process is formed by seven cyclical commissions - construction disciplines, humanitarian disciplines, economic disciplines, general education disciplines, land management disciplines, programming and information disciplines, legal and social disciplines.
In the process of forming a future specialist, student self-government is increasingly actively involved, taking care of the organizational and managerial activities of students. Today, student self-government bodies are formed in each department and dormitories, and the student council and student trade union organization are actively working.
The college was the first in Ukraine to introduce the practice of creating a department of general education, where students receive a complete general secondary education and receive important basic knowledge that helps them successfully master their future chosen specialty. And in many ways, we and our graduates are the first leading participants in the transformation of the educational system of Ukraine, demonstrating an important example of innovation and commitment to the highest quality standards in the state's education.
The new director of the college, Vasyl Tsaruk, has been working at the college for 23 years, which testifies to his deep immersion in the educational community and dedication to the goals and values of the college. In his work, he strives to preserve the best achievements and traditions, but at the same time to move forward relentlessly, constantly leading a creative search for new forms of the educational process and scientific activity.
The college continues to grow and open up boundless horizons of opportunities for students and teachers to jointly reach new heights in the world of science, education, and professional fulfillment, and invites new generations of applicants to join our friendly family and follow their own path, the path from knowledge to success.
