The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has developed documents that significantly simplify the possibility of obtaining Ukrainian education for applicants whose place of residence is the temporarily occupied territories.

The procedure for admission to study for obtaining professional pre-higher education in 2024 provides that applicants based on basic and complete general secondary education (graduates of grades 9 and 11 of schools), whose place of residence as of February 24, 2022 was declared (registered) in the temporarily occupied territory, or in settlements classified as the territory of active hostilities (active hostilities in which state electronic information resources operate) as of July 1, 2024, or who are in it or have internally displaced from it after January 1, 2024, enjoy the following rights:

enrollment in institutions of professional pre-higher education based on the results of an interview;
enrollment in institutions of professional pre-higher education for state-ordered places within the established quotas or transfer to vacant budget places.

Therefore, for applicants from temporarily occupied territories On the basis of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" under the admissions committee, the educational centers "Donbas-Ukraine", "Crimea-Ukraine" operate for obtaining certificates and admission to institutions of professional pre-higher education in Ukraine.

Persons who are eligible to enroll through educational centers are:

have a Ukrainian document on education obtained through distance or external learning;
passed the external assessment or national assessment and will have the corresponding certificates in 2021, 2022. 2023, 2024;
did not pass the external assessment or national assessment;
do not have a Ukrainian education document.

Education documents obtained in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas and Crimea are not recognized.

We remind you that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine seeks to attract as many children from the temporarily occupied territories as possible to receive education in Ukraine.
