Academicjournals – over 100 open access journals covering the arts, humanities, engineering, medical, social, biological, physical, and agricultural sciences.

AEA Journals – full-text English-language scientific journals in medical, social, biological, physical, legal sciences, arts, and education.

arXiv – a free distribution service and open access archive of scientific articles in the fields of physics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance, statistics, electrical engineering and systems sciences, and economics.

Bioline International – open access to scientific journals on global understanding of health (infectious diseases, epidemiology, emerging diseases), and the environment.

BioMed Central – about 300 peer-reviewed journals that share the discoveries of scientific communities in the fields of science, technology, and medicine.

CiteSeerX – an open electronic library in computer science and a search engine for scientific publications and preprints.

CORDIS – the information system of the European Union – provides access to information on scientific research and development implemented in EU countries, allows you to search for sources of funding for research and development, partners, and technology transfer.

Digital Access to Scholarship at Harvard (DASH) – open electronic archive of Harvard University: more than 13,000 documents (thesis, books, articles, student papers in economics, law, medical sciences, pedagogy, etc.).

EBSCO Open Dissertations a database of more than 800,000 freely accessible electronic theses and dissertations (ETD).

eMathHelp – an educational site that collects mathematical summaries, calculators covering all mathematical topics, and provides the opportunity to develop logical thinking and observation skills through mathematical games. Does not require registration or the use of any personal data.

Encyclopedia of Law and Economics – Encyclopedia of Law and Economics – a resource that explores all areas of economics and law. Contains more than 5,000 pages of review articles. Each article is accompanied by an extensive bibliography.

University of California eScholarship Repository – about 6,000 working papers from various disciplines, including the Berkeley Program in Law & Economics (Berkeley), Center for the Study of Democracy (Irvine), Institute for Social, Behavioral, and Economic Research (Santa Barbara), Institute of Business and Economic Research (Berkeley), etc. The University of California’s Academic Council adopted an Open Access policy on July 24, 2013, ensuring that future research articles produced at all 10 UC campuses will be available to the public free of charge. Books, journals, conference proceedings, etc. are published.

Hindawi – about 200 peer-reviewed scientific and technical journals in almost all areas of scientific research. Since January 2007, Hindawi Publishing House has adopted the Open Access model for its journals.

IDEAS: Economic and Financial Research – the largest bibliographic database in economic sciences. More than 1,200,000 research materials are available for search, more than 1,000,000 full-text documents.

Ingenta is a content services provider for the publishing industry, based in Oxford, United Kingdom. It provides access to over 28,000 scholarly journals with extensive search capabilities.

Institute for Social & Economic Research / University of Essex – an open archive of electronic publications of the Institute of Social and Economic Research, University of Essex. Over 430 working papers.

ISI (The International Statistical Institute) – an integrated web platform from Thomson Reuters that provides information from all fields of knowledge from over 10,000 journals and 150,000 conference proceedings in the natural sciences, social sciences, humanities, and arts, allowing you to get the most relevant data based on search query results.

J–STAGE (Japan Science and Technology Information Aggregator, Electronic) – a Japanese scientific information portal, providing access to over 800 scientific journals from various fields of knowledge.

Copernicus – provides access to free, open access versions of articles that are on various platforms on the Internet directly from the Web of Science interface. Accelerated selection of literature – PDF file in one click. Free access to content – the system automatically checks university libraries, publishing houses’ servers, government repositories and blogs to search for free files.

Open Library – a project of the non-profit organization Internet Archive to digitize books that are in the public domain (within the framework of the Open Content Alliance). The “Open Library” contains more than 1 million publications available for viewing and downloading. In addition, visitors to the site are invited to select the desired book from the Boston Public Library’s holdings for free digitization (Scan-On-Demand).

PLOS (Public Library of Science) – publishes a collection of influential open access journals across all fields of science and medicine. The journals are editorially independent and specialize in publication criteria and breadth of content.

Prometheus – a Ukrainian public project of massive open online courses prepared by teachers from three well-known Ukrainian universities: Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, and Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.

Questia one of the largest online libraries in the world. Contains books and journal articles from over 300 publishers in the humanities and social sciences: history, philosophy, economics, political science, English, literature, anthropology, psychology, and sociology. More than 5,000 books are in the open access.

Research Papers in Economics (RePEc) – a network of archives of electronic documents on economic topics. A joint project of a large number of decentralized participants to provide free access to the results of scientific research of various organizations and scientists. 12,000 organizations maintain their archives in RePEc, presenting the works of 31,000 authors. RePEc is a decentralized resource, that is, an organization (university or research center) or a provider opens access to its archive via http or ftp.

SocArXiv – an open archive of social science publications, an open source platform. Platform features: free download of scientific work; open access for all readers; access via Google Scholar; free registration; permanent identifiers that link to the latest version of the work, etc.

Social Science Open Access Repository (SSOAR) – one of the world's largest open electronic repositories in social sciences (demography, sociology, psychology, political science, economics, etc.). Creator – GESIS – Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences (Germany, Cologne).

Social Science Research Network (SSRN) – one of the world's largest open electronic repositories of scientific articles and preprints. The SSRN database contains information from various areas of management and economic science. More than 362,000 abstracts of research results in various scientific fields, as well as more than 295,000 scientific articles, are freely available. Registration on the site is free. The OAPEN Library Contains freely available scholarly books, primarily in the humanities and social sciences. Provides services to publishers and libraries in the areas of storage, distribution, and digital preservation.

The Research Institute of Industrial Economics – Research Institute for Industrial Economics – one of Sweden’s leading organizations conducting research in the field of economics. The constantly updated database contains a significant number of works on economics.

WDL – The World Digital Library is a project of the US Library of Congress with the support of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and in collaboration with libraries, archives, museums, educational institutions and international organizations from around the world.

WorldCat – the world's largest bibliographic database. More than 72 thousand libraries from 170 countries around the world are connected to the WorldCat system as part of the Online Computer Library Center, Inc. (OCLC) organization, which use OCLC services to search, acquire, catalog, borrow and preserve library materials. WorldCat is an integrated information service that contains documents and materials in various formats in 470 languages of the world.

The database is designed to provide access to resources on the Internet for researchers to conduct information searches on the necessary topics in all electronic repositories of the world, as well as their physical counterparts in the libraries closest to the user. The search results can provide citations for articles with links to the full texts of the article, as well as authoritative research materials. WorldCat is available in many languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Thai, French, Czech, Japanese.

Worldwidescience – an international portal, originally created on the basis of the databases of the British Library and the US Department of Energy. The portal’s search engine searches both the surface web, in which conventional search engines operate: Google, Yahoo!, and the deep web, which traditional search engines cannot index. The portal is also used to test a new generation of web technologies – the semantic web.

Diasporiana Ukrainian diaspora electronic library, founded by Oleg Boguslavsky in 2011. It is aimed at a wide range of users and is aimed at disseminating knowledge about Ukrainian emigration and its achievements.

Tinbergen Institute – is an institute for scientific research and education in the field of economics, econometrics and finance at the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands). It is among the 50 best world economic institutes. The constantly updated database contains a significant number of works on economics.
