February 7, 2024, chaired by the college director, Doctor of Economics Vasyl TSARUK The fourth meeting of the pedagogical council was held.
The meeting was opened by the director, who congratulated those present on the beginning of the new academic semester and introduced a new employee of the BIC to the team. A special moment was the awarding ceremony. Diplomas part-time students – Taras KOCHEROVETS, Dmytro BONDARCHUK, Mykola KOVALwho serve in Armed Forces of Ukraine, for conscientious attitude to studies, loyalty to the Ukrainian people and direct participation in the protection of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
A representative attended the meeting Ukreximbank Ms. Lyudmila, who told the audience about the 3% loan for teaching staff.
The meeting was continued by the secretary of the pedagogical council, college methodologist, candidate of agricultural sciences Vadym LYULCHYK, who reported on the progress of implementing the decisions of previous pedagogical councils.
College Director Vasyl TSARUK reported on the activities of the college staff for the period from 12/20/2023 to 02/07/2024. The activities and events that took place during this period were noted: training for college employees on labor protection, Pedagogical Readings 2024, graduation of students in the specialty 073 Management, certification of workplaces in offices and laboratories, the new college website, the newspaper "College Bulletin", the seminar "English as a key to the professional growth of a modern teacher", the Academic Council of the University, meetings of the college administrative council, cooperation with institutions of professional pre-higher education in the city of Zvyahel, Zhytomyr region, author's publications of college teachers, achievements of students of the programming department, online training organized by NUBiP of Ukraine for managers, employees, scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical workers of separate structural units, etc. The emphasis was placed on the volume of work during this period on the economic part.
Reported on the results of monitoring the quality of professional pre-higher education and higher education at the Higher Educational Institution "RFK NUBIP of Ukraine" in the first semester of 2023-2024 academic year Lyudmila BALDYCH, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.
Head of the Department of General Education Valeriy HUMENYUK reported on the adaptation of new students to the educational process in college. It was noted that in the work of an educational institution, one of the most important tasks is to find effective ways and methods to involve freshmen in new living and learning conditions. Therefore, the process of adapting freshmen to the conditions of study in college is very complex and multifaceted. The educational institution has developed a system of measures that will overcome a number of difficulties in adapting freshmen.
Olga RUDKO, a teacher of land management disciplines, delivered a scientific report “GIS is the basis of effective urban and territorial planning”. It was noted that one of the key tools for implementing such plans is the geospatial approach and geographic information systems (GIS), which are successfully used all over the world, demonstrate significant results of return on investment and help to justify people's hopes for positive changes in the life of society. GIS technologies are not only able to improve the quality of resource management and understanding of the processes taking place, but also to present important information to the public, making communication between residents and management effective.
College methodologist, candidate of agricultural sciences Vadym LYULCHYK spoke on the topic "Ensuring academic integrity by employees and students as a component of the internal quality assurance system for education."
The issue of scholarship provision based on the results of the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year was also considered.
The atmosphere of the pedagogical council was working and friendly. Based on the results of the pedagogical council, a number of important decisions were made that will determine the main vector of the college's work and development for the current semester.
