March 4, chaired by the director Vasyl TSARUK A meeting of the administrative board was held, dedicated to planning the college's activities for the week.
The meeting began with the sad announcement of the director's sudden death. Vadym Mykolayovych KONDRATYUK, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and Innovation of NUBiP of Ukraine, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences. All those present honored the memory of the talented organizer, teacher, and scientist with a minute of silence.
Legal counsel was present at the meeting. Vadym ILYIN, today's noun. The director congratulated everyone present on behalf of Vadim Anatoliyovych Happy birthday, wishing you good health, positive mood, strength and energy for new achievements, peace and prosperity in the home.
The meeting continued with a report from the college director. Vasyl TSARUK about participation in a meeting with the heads of separate departments and the Academic Council of NUBiP of Ukraine.
Methodist College Vadym LYULCHYK reported on the certification of college employees and the implementation of a pilot project to form an optimal network of academic lyceums, institutions of professional and specialized pre-higher education.
Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lyudmila BALDYCH and department heads Valery HUMENYUK, Serhiy HULYUK, Iryna MARTYNOVA, Iryna YAKYMCHUK, Serhiy SHALAY reported on the registration and participation of college students in the NMT and EFVV and the NUBiP of Ukraine Olympiad.
Occupational safety engineer Anatoliy IVANCHENKO reported on the state of safety at the college.
Deputy Director for Educational Work Oleksandr TALIMONCHUK informed about the events dedicated to the 210th anniversary of the birth of Taras Shevchenko.
Student Council Chairman Daria MAKARCHUK reported about participation in Brain Ring among the teams of the VSP NUBiP of Ukraine.
Head of Physical Education Oleg RAFALSKIY emphasized on participation in sports competitions of college students.
Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lyudmila BALDYCH and lecturer of the cyclical commission of land management disciplines Serhiy BULAKEVYCH reported on the transfer of students.
Deputy Director for AGR Serhiy KOVALCHUK informed about the completion of the reconstruction of the covered sports field.
Farm manager Valentyna DMYTRUK and passport officer Olena PUKALCHUK reported on the residence and registration of college students and outsiders.
Archivist Natalia STEPANIUK reported about organizing the college archive.
The administrative council also considered other important issues of the college's life.
