Educational event as part of the week of construction disciplines on the topic: "How to get rid of the bullying manipulator"

As part of the week of construction disciplines on March 24, 2025, an educational event was held in classroom 17 on the topic: "How to get rid of the bullying manipulator" for groups 31-D, 31-B, 32-B, 41-B, 41-D of specialty 192 "Construction and Civil Engineering".

Bullying is a serious problem that can have long-term negative consequences for victims. It is important to know how to confront manipulators and protect your own boundaries. That is why we must “know the enemy in person.” And here are some tips to help you do this:

Trust your intuition: If you feel uncomfortable communicating with a certain person, pay attention to these feelings. Intuition often signals potential danger.

Set clear personal boundaries: Determine what is acceptable and what is not, and stick to those boundaries. This will help you avoid situations where you can be manipulated.

Keep emotional distance: Do not give in to the manipulator's provocations. Maintain a neutral position, do not show strong emotions, so as not to give him leverage over you.

Don't get into arguments: Manipulators often provoke conflict. Avoid arguments, stay calm, and don't give them the opportunity to drag you into an argument.

Contact support: Don't be afraid to talk about your problem with friends, family, or professionals. The support of others can give you strength and new perspectives to deal with the situation.

And for those who are really interested in how to get rid of a bullying manipulator, I suggest you watch video with Brooks Gibbs:

Brooks Gibbs is an American social psychologist known for his efforts in resilience education and bullying prevention. He has gained fame by speaking at over 3,000 schools, teaching young people about emotional resilience and the Golden Rule—treating others as you would like to be treated. His educational videos have been translated into 20 languages and have been viewed over 300 million times.

Remember that your well-being and psychological comfort are a priority. You have the right to a safe and respectful environment.
