On February 26, 2024, at the Rivne Vocational College of NUBiP, an open lesson was held by Andriy Bosyuk, a teacher of physical culture and physical education, in group 13-YZ of the general education department on the topic "Volleyball. Improving the technique of ball possession in volleyball."
The class began with a warm-up, during which the students actively performed exercises under the guidance and demonstration of the necessary elements by the teacher. The students worked harmoniously, it was noticeable that despite the short period of study at the college, the 1st year group had already managed to form as a team.
After the warm-up, the students moved on to performing the elements of the lesson topic, during which they learned special volleyball exercises to develop flexibility, repeated the technique of performing the overhead direct serve, and studied individual tactical actions in defense during an attacking shot.
At the end of the lesson, knowledge was consolidated, the material was summarized and systematized orally, and the competencies that students received in the lesson were summarized.
The teacher conducted the final part of the lesson in an interesting way, using special exercises to restore the functional state of students.
The main goal of the class was achieved - the students left the class satisfied, active and in good physical shape, with a cheerful mood for the whole day, and therefore the class was truly successful and useful.
