Certification of teaching staff is a system of measures aimed at a comprehensive assessment of their teaching activities, which determines the suitability of the teaching staff for the position held, the level of their qualifications, and assigns a qualification category and teaching title.

The purpose of certification is to stimulate a targeted continuous improvement of the level of professional competence of teaching staff, the growth of their professional skills, the development of creative initiative, the increase of prestige and authority, and the effectiveness of the educational process.

In accordance with the Regulations on the Certification of Teaching Staff, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 09.09.2022 No. 805, by order of the director, the college was created certification commission to organize and conduct certification of teaching staff in the 2023-2024 academic year. The commission included:

MARTYNOVA I. M., head of the economic department, deputy chairman of the trade union committee, member of the commission;
ROMANIUK M. V., Assistant Director for Human Resources, member of the commission;
SASOVSKYY T. A., Candidate of Technical Sciences, teacher of construction disciplines, member of the commission;
CHORNOBRYVA O. V., head of the cyclical commission of legal and social disciplines, member of the commission;
YAKYMCHUK I. O., head of the programming department, member of the commission.

According to the approved work schedule, the certification commission studied the practical experience of teachers who are being certified in the 2023-2024 academic year during the academic year. The heads of the cyclical commissions and members of the certification commission attended training sessions and extracurricular activities of teachers, checked the state of educational and methodological support of the disciplines in which teachers are being certified, determined the level of students' academic achievements, and familiarized themselves with methodological developments during the inter-certification period.

Advanced training for teaching staff is a necessary condition for their certification in accordance with the procedure established by law. All teachers who were certified completed advanced training in a timely manner.

An important stage of certification was the formation of certification files for teaching staff, the preparation of certification letters and the submission to the certification commission of characteristics of the activities of teaching staff for the inter-certification period.

The certification of teaching staff took place on March 21. The head of the certification commission addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech. Vasyl TSARUK, who congratulated those present on the day of the certification, expressed his intention to conduct the certification process in a calm atmosphere, in strict compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Professional Pre-Higher Education" and Regulations on the certification of teaching staff. In addition, the chairman of the commission noted that according to the regulations, the certification commission is authorized if at least two-thirds of its members are present at its meeting. Since all members of the commission were present at the meeting, the meeting was started. The chairman of the commission also familiarized those present with the list of persons subject to certification in 2024.

Teachers undergoing certification were invited to a meeting where they had the opportunity to present the results of their teaching activities during the inter-certification period and answer questions from the certification committee members. Priority questions were about career guidance work, the use of the latest learning technologies in the educational process, student participation in scientific and practical conferences led by teachers, and practical training.

Based on the results of studying the activities of teaching staff, the certification commission made the following decisions by secret ballot:

assign the qualification category "specialist":

Bosiuk Andriy Volodymyrovych – physical education teacher.

assign the qualification category "specialist of the first category":

Svintozelsky Nazar Vitaliyovych – physical education teacher;
Stryk Pavlo Mykolayovych – teacher of programming and information disciplines.

assign the qualification category "highest category specialist":

Oksana Petrivna Basyuk – teacher of legal disciplines;
Verniuk Nazariy Vitaliyovych – teacher of Ukrainian literature;
Zinyach Victoria Viktorovna – biology teacher;
Gennady Ignatovich Safonov – teacher of construction disciplines;
Chernachuk Oksana Oleksandrivna – teacher of economic disciplines;

to assign the pedagogical title of "teacher-methodologist":

Hrytsyk Tatyana Andreivna – physics teacher.
Viktor Anatolyevich Poznakhovsky – teacher of economic disciplines;
Rudko Olga Mykolaivna – teacher of land management disciplines;
Cherneza Iryna Hryhorivna – teacher of economic disciplines;
Chorna Iryna Vasylivna – teacher of construction disciplines;

confirm the pedagogical title of "teacher-methodologist":

Valeriy Dmytrovych Humenyuk – physics teacher;
Oleg Igorovich Kachanovsky – teacher of land management disciplines;
Kononchuk Oksana Mykolaivna – teacher of economic disciplines;
Tatyana Yevhenivna Krystopchuk – teacher of Ukrainian language and literature;
Pavlenko Oleksandr Ivanovich – teacher of construction disciplines.

The certification commission also established the suitability of employees holding various teaching positions in the educational institution for the position held:

Serhiy Vasylyovych Bulakevych – Head of the Laboratory of Information Technologies in Land Management;
Serhiy Ivanovich Hulyuk – Head of the Land and Legal Department;
Martynova Iryna Nikolaevna – Head of the Economic Department;
Motsnyuk Vita Yuriivna – teacher of dormitory No. 2;
Serhiy Bronislavovich Novitsky – head of the educational accounting laboratory;
Oleksandr Ivanovich Pavlenko – Head of the Laboratory of Information Technologies in Construction;
Panasyuk Vasyl Oleksiyovych – Head of the Laboratory of the Computer Information Center;
Rafalsky Oleg Antonovych – head of physical education;
Yakymchuk Iryna Oleksandrivna – Head of the Programming Department.

As a result of the meeting, the head of the certification commission, Vasyl TsARUK, congratulated the teaching staff and members of the certification commission on the successful completion of the certification and provided the following instructions for implementation within the next three working days:

to the secretary of the certification commission, Vadym LYULCHYK, to ensure the issuance of the first copies of the certification letters to the teaching staff who were certified, for signature;
Assistant Director for Human Resources Maya ROMANIUK to ensure submission of second copies of attestation letters to the personal files of employees who were attested;
Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lyudmila BALDYCH to ensure the preparation, review, and transfer to the accounting department of the order on the results of the certification.
