Cooperation between employers and institutions of professional pre-higher education is the key to successful training of future specialists. Students have the opportunity to get acquainted with relevant modern technologies that are implemented in the production of enterprises of the Rivne region.
On November 21, 2024, a meeting of students of the Higher Educational Institution "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" 31 - O group of specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation" and teachers of the economics department took place Iryna BONDARCHUK and Lyubov MATVIYCHUK with a stakeholder Yuriy YAGUSCHYN on the basis of the enterprise LLC "Rivne Coffee Factory"The students were interested in learning about the company's activities and modern coffee production technologies.
Yuriy YAGUSCHYN told the students about the intricacies of making natural coffee, which is a rather complex and delicate matter, because it is necessary not only to reveal the full potential of the coffee bean, but also to create a wonderful aroma.
The latest high-tech equipment allows you to go through the full cycle of preparation: from roasting coffee beans to packaging the finished product, while preserving all its properties to the maximum. In addition, this technology allows you to minimize contact with air and thereby preserve the quality combined with the fullness of the taste and aroma of the finished coffee.
Coffee production technology consists of multi-stage cleaning of green coffee beans, roasting of beans, blending - that is, creating a mixture of several varieties to obtain the desired taste, grinding of beans - for ground products, filling and packaging.
In addition, the company sells quality products and services for cafes and restaurants, and also sells a range of grain and ground coffee, tea, cocoa, chocolate, syrups, natural purees, lemonades and everything necessary for the successful operation of catering establishments. The Rivne Coffee Factory team also provides consulting services on opening coffee shops and other catering establishments, helping to make the right choice of equipment, choose the best solutions and develop a successful concept for your own business.
The information about the work of the Staff Training School, which enables coffee shop staff to acquire all the necessary skills and knowledge to prepare high-quality coffee and provide high-level customer service, was interesting and useful for the students.
The meeting discussed organizational issues regarding the educational process, the possibility of non-formal education and dual education, involving applicants in industrial practice and receiving job invitations. Separately, they focused on the need to adhere to the principles of academic integrity during studies.
As part of the guest tour, college teachers and company specialists discussed the existing educational program for specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation." The specialists noted the strengths and weaknesses of the program and provided their own suggestions for its improvement.
Students actively participated in the discussion of the outlined issues, sharing their own views on the development of new businesses in the Rivne region.
Close cooperation with stakeholders is one of the important factors in ensuring the quality of training of modern specialists, helps to meet the demands of the modern labor market, and adapt the educational process to the real needs of employers.
