On May 19, 2024, the traditional Exhibition of Pedagogical Experience and Youth Creativity began its work at the college. The event is dedicated to the Day of Science in Ukraine, which was celebrated on May 17. The exhibition allows you to identify and disseminate promising pedagogical experience and innovations in educational activities among pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical employees of the college. In the process of preparing methodological materials and generalizing professional experience, the pedagogical skills of teachers are improved, their professional competence increases.
The works presented at the exhibition were reviewed in the methodical office. The review of the exhibition exhibits was conducted by the heads of the cycle commissions under the general leadership of the deputy director for educational work, Lyudmila Baldych.
Vasyl Tsaruk, the college director, noted the high level of the works presented in the exhibition and suggested highlighting works that could be nominated in the future for the "Pedagogical Oscar" competition in 2025. According to the college's methodologist, Vadym Lyulchyk, 10 such works are planned.
The total number of works presented is 461, of which 188 are methodological developments and 69 are creative works by teachers, as well as 163 artistic and aesthetic and 6 are scientific and research student works.
The exhibition also featured works by participants in the "Leader of College Education" competition, which reflected organizational, educational, methodological and public work and promising pedagogical experience related to the achievements of the 2024-2025 academic year, a total of 35 in six nominations.
During the review, special attention was paid to the following works presented by the heads of the cycle commissions:
