The second day of Pedagogical Readings began with a speech by a psychologist from the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation "ROKADA" Anna Kuharuk on the topic "Professional burnout of teachers: finding resources, effectively overcoming stress and maintaining life balance». The main aspects of professional burnout among teachers, its causes, consequences, as well as ways to effectively overcome this condition were considered.

Visualization of the educational process (Video lessons, Reels, Tik Tok) – this was the topic of the next report, in the discussion of which the head of the information technology department took part Iryna Yakymchuk and teachers of programming and information disciplines Pavlo Stryk and Vadym Chernyak. The speakers focused on modern approaches to using visual tools to improve learning effectiveness. The presentations included demonstrations of practical examples, discussions of possible ways to integrate modern visual tools into the educational process, and a call for experimentation with innovative teaching methods.
