To mark the 210th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko's birth, an open video platform "Unknown Shevchenko" was held in the library and information center and the college hall.
For the third year in a row, we will celebrate the birth of the Great Kobzar in the midst of a full-scale war. The celebration of this date is extremely important, because the Kobzar is a true singer of the Ukrainian people. His work motivated more than one generation of fighters for the freedom and independence of our Motherland.
Taras Shevchenko is a national symbol of the Ukrainian people, who awakened the Ukrainian soul and established the spiritual foundation of the people for the struggle against enslavement by the Russian Empire.
Shevchenko wrote about the living, about the painful, about the inevitable. The poet knew the future. Today, when our people heroically give another rebuff to the Russian occupier, fight for freedom and independence at the cost of the blood of our defenders, the poet's poems, his appeals, prophecies and testament are more relevant than ever.
Students had the opportunity to watch films in different languages in two locations and listen to Taras Shevchenko's voice reproduced using a neural network.
Shevchenko called: “Fight – you will win!” And we will certainly win! Glory to Ukraine!
