On February 3, 2025, an orientation conference was held on the completion of pre-diploma (production) practice by fourth-year students of specialty 121 Software Engineering. The purpose of the event was to prepare students for a responsible and important part of their studies, which involves direct involvement in the production process at enterprises.
The opening speech was delivered by Iryna YAKYMCHUK, Head of the Information Technology Department, who emphasized the importance of acquiring practical skills and preparing students for real production conditions.
During the conference, the purpose of the internship was discussed with the students and the course and sequence of actions during the internship were examined in detail. In addition, the internship manager from the educational institution, Oksana KUDELIA, analyzed in detail the preparation of the accompanying documentation for the pre-diploma internship.
The bases of practice are enterprises, institutions and organizations of various sectors of the economy of various forms of ownership, which ensure the implementation of the program for the relevant educational and professional degrees or in the educational and production unit of a higher education institution.
The internship will be conducted in accordance with the pre-graduate internship program. The result of the internship is a diary report that must be created and protected upon completion of the internship. The final stage of the pre-graduate internship is a conference based on the results of the pre-graduate internship, at which students will be able to share their impressions and experience gained from the internship at the enterprise.
During the event, students had the opportunity to get answers to their questions and discuss the specifics of completing tasks. We wish our students success in their internship and new professional achievements!
