The Media Library of Electronic Learning Tools of the State Institution "Scientific and Methodological Center of Higher and Professional Pre-Higher Education" offers teachers and students electronic textbooks for all specialties. It is nice that the Media Library also contains publications whose authors and reviewers are teachers of our college. These textbooks can be viewed in the E-library of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", or by request of the NMC WFPO.

The electronic manual was prepared in accordance with the educational and qualification level of a junior bachelor for applicants for specialty 193 "Geodesy and land management". General geodetic concepts are considered, the main forms of relief and methods of their depiction on planning and cartographic materials are described, examples of solving problems on topographic plans and maps are given, the methodology and technique of conducting all types of geodetic surveys, methods of determining the areas of land plots are explained. Links to electronic resources, presentations and videos on the discipline are provided separately. The electronic manual consists of 9 sections and contains 125 visualization elements, including 37 video materials.

The manual was developed in accordance with the curriculum for the discipline "Fundamentals of Soil Science and Geology" of institutions of professional pre-higher education for applicants for the educational and professional degree "Professional Junior Bachelor" in specialty 193 "Geodesy and Land Management". The manual outlines the theoretical principles of the basics of soil science and geology. The basic laws of scientific soil science, the essence of geological and geochemical aspects are considered. Soil-forming processes, composition and properties of soils are described. The structure, properties, classification of soils of all climatic zones of Ukraine, soil-geographic zoning, ways to improve fertility and protect soils from erosion are presented. Contains methodological material, educational videos, reference and information materials, illustrations, etc. The electronic textbook consists of 3 sections and contains 149 visualization elements, 45 of which are video materials.

The electronic manual for the academic discipline "Building Structures" contains the main page, theoretical information, tests, appendices to practical works, a list of used literary sources, and a curriculum.
Theoretical information is developed from all topics of the curriculum with a sufficient level of visualization of the educational material, they contain: videos, drawings, photographs, tables, diagrams. Hyperlinks to external sources of information are developed in the text. Each topic of the textbook contains control questions with active hyperlinks to the corresponding material of theoretical information, which allows students to independently check the level of knowledge acquisition.
The electronic manual can be used by students and teachers of institutions of professional pre-higher education during the training of specialists in specialty 192 "Construction and Civil Engineering". It consists of 2 sections and contains 431 visualization elements, including 25 video materials.

Anti-erosion organization of the territory / V. I. Oblasov, N. G. Balik
The basics of rational use of lands located on steep slopes, on the bottoms of gullies, hollows and dry valleys, a complex of nature protection and anti-erosion measures with their justification are outlined. An integral element of the nature protection complex on the slopes is the anti-erosion soil protection cultural and reclamation organization of the territory of agricultural enterprises. To ensure reliable protection of soils from increased erosion, a system of organizational and economic, agrotechnical and forestry measures is proposed. Along with the study of unsatisfactory natural conditions, the need for reclamation measures, natural and territorial complexes with their individual parts (landscapes, tracts, facies) are also established and proposals for the agro-landscape organization of the territory are determined.
