Licensing of the educational and professional program "Computer Engineering" of the Higher Educational Institution "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" is underway, for which recruitment of applicants for professional pre-higher education will be carried out in the near future.
The program was created on the basis of the standard of professional pre-higher education approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated April 20, 2022 No. 366 "On approval of the standard of professional pre-higher education in the specialty 123 Computer Engineering, field of knowledge 12 Information Technologies, educational and professional degree "professional junior bachelor".
During 2024, when developing the educational and professional program, the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Education Quality Service of Ukraine “Development of an educational and professional program and curriculum for the training of applicants for professional pre-higher education” and the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated May 2, 2023 No. 510 “On approval of the Model Regulation on the organization of the educational process in institutions of professional pre-higher education and the Regulation on practical training of applicants for professional pre-higher education” were taken into account.
In the process of implementing the educational and professional program "Computer Engineering", the working group was and is in constant contact with employers and other stakeholders, the main ones of which are the Faculty of Information Technologies of the NUBiP of Ukraine; Vasyl Romanyuk, Director of MVKOM LLC; Yevhen Ivanishyn, Deputy Mayor for the Activities of Executive Bodies of CDTO, for Digital Transformation; Vitaliy Lapyuk (graduates of the Programming Department), engineer of the Rivne Information and Communication Center; representatives of the college's student self-government bodies, etc. The program is developed taking into account compliance with modern requirements of employers in the field of information technologies.

Meeting of the cyclical commission of programming and information disciplines to discuss the draft of the educational and professional program "Computer Engineering"
The educational and professional program "Computer Engineering" is developed taking into account the existing specialties of the educational institution in the field of 12 Information Technologies and the rapid development of information technologies, the current state of the economy and the realities of the time. Martial law in Ukraine has a great influence, which reduces the need for IT specialists. But the college, in particular, the programming department, understands that it is necessary not to stop and to compare with the experience of countries around the world.
Participation in IT hackathons, membership in the Public Organization "Rivne IT Cluster" and "Rivne IT Education" influenced the introduction of changes in the curricula of the OPP. Approval of the educational standard for the OPP "Professional Junior Bachelor" in specialty 123 Computer Engineering made it possible to clearly formulate the goal of the OPP and the matrix of correspondence of general and special components to the learning outcomes. Meetings with stakeholders, representatives of IT companies, made it possible to implement the features of the OPP and determine the list of selective components. Constant holding of final conferences based on the results of industrial practices made it possible to organize and conduct an IT marathon, which allows for the practical application of acquired IT competencies in combination with various areas of work of enterprises of Rivne and the region and even beyond its borders. The circles "Programmer", "Computer Graphics", "Robotics and IoT of Things", "Cybersecurity", participation in the international DAAD project No. 57649162 "Support of the digitalization of Ukrainian agricultural universities (2)" with the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf allow to implement the tasks of employers and describe the research conducted in the classes of circles of related specialties, in theses and articles, as materials of various types of scientific and practical conferences. All the results of the events were considered in March of each year at the meetings of the cyclic commission of programming and information disciplines.
The main conclusion after the meeting of the cyclical commission on programming and information disciplines in March 2024 is the following: the version of the educational and professional program is relevant, meets the standards of professional pre-higher education and the needs of employers, in connection with which it was decided to continue its use without significant changes. It also takes into account the Model Regulation on the Organization of the Educational Process in Institutions of Professional Pre-Higher Education and the Regulation on Practical Training of Applicants for Professional Pre-Higher Education, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 02.05.2023 No. 510.
The compliance of the educational program components with the requirements of the standard of specialty 123 Computer Engineering, field of knowledge 12 Information Technologies, educational and professional degree "professional junior bachelor", the current state of IT was analyzed in detail.
