Staff meetings are a key element of the organizational life of any educational institution, aimed at ensuring effective management, transparency in decision-making and supporting the active participation of employees in solving strategic issues. In this context, staff meetings of the Rivne Vocational College play an important role in developing the educational process, strengthening the internal culture of the institution and creating conditions for increasing professional interaction among employees.
A special place on the agenda of such meetings is occupied by the director's report, which becomes a final review of the results of the college's activities for a certain period. The report allows you to analyze the achievements of the institution, identify problematic aspects and outline the prospects for future development. For the team, this is not only an opportunity to get a complete picture of the state of affairs in the institution, but also a platform for discussing important issues and forming joint decisions.
Today, December 18, the traditional meeting of the work team took place Rivne Vocational College, on which the director, Doctor of Economic Sciences Vasyl Tsaruk reported on the work of the college staff for 2024.


Representatives participated in the meeting remotely National University of Life Resources and Environmental Management of Ukraine – Stanislav Nikolayenko, President and Chairman of the Academic Council of NUBiP of Ukraine, Doctor, Professor, Academician; Taras Yevsyukov, chairman of the college's supervisory board, dean of the land management faculty; Natalia Ovdiy, Head of the Department of Regional Development, Coordination of VSP Activities and Correspondence Education. Full-time participation in the event was taken by Leontiy Samchuk, member of the college's supervisory board.


The director began his speech by thanking the defenders of Ukraine for their courage, courage, and the opportunity to carry out the educational process and report.
On behalf of the team, the director thanked the base University for its assistance in implementing various projects and improving the material and technical base, which has a positive impact on the college's activities.
College Director Vasyl Tsaruk In his speech, he briefly outlined the main tasks of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" regarding the provision of educational services, the capabilities of the material and technical base, the composition of the scientific and pedagogical, pedagogical staff, the total number of students pursuing education for the OS "Bachelor" and the OPS "Professional Junior Bachelor", the state of the educational and laboratory base, the formation of the student contingent, the organization of the educational process, educational and cultural-mass and sports work, scientific and research and methodological work, educational and innovative activities, social and living conditions of students, administrative and economic activities, international activities and foreign economic relations. The director also announced the plan of activities of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" for 2025 in accordance with the development program of the NUBiP of Ukraine "Holosiivska Initiative - 2025" and the development program "Rivne Initiative - 2025" and thanked the team for the work done.


Members of the presidium were invited to speak.
President and Chairman of the Academic Council of NUBiP of Ukraine, Doctor, Professor, Academician Stanislav Nikolayenko emphasized the strengthening of ties with the base institution and the positive aspects of this cooperation. He noted the main tasks facing the college: improving the quality of the educational process; strengthening the laboratory and practical base; involving stakeholders; supporting and caring for teaching staff and students; strengthening cooperation with the departments of the base institution. In conclusion, Stanislav Mykolayovych thanked for the cooperation and wished the college staff Peace and Victory.
However, the emphasis was also placed on the problems and tasks of the college. One of the most important problems Stanislav Nikolayenko highlighted the preservation of the quality of education, as the level of knowledge has significantly decreased over the years of distance learning.

Chairman of the College Supervisory Board, Dean of the Faculty of Land Management Taras Yevsyukov noted the cohesion of the team and noted the best graduates of the college, who are currently studying and working at the University and have significant achievements in professional growth. Taras Oleksiyovych also noted the work of Vadym Lyulchyk, Olga Rudko, Neli Rusina, who always participate in guest lectures, master classes and other events held at the land management faculty. However, he noted that the Rivne Vocational College should strengthen cooperation with the base institution.
Concluding his report, Taras Yevsyukov suggested that the team approve the director's report Tsaruk Vasyl Yuriyovych and accept the tasks set for 2025.

Head of the Department of Regional Development, Coordination of VSP Activities and Correspondence Education Natalia Ovdiy thanked for the detailed report on the college's activities for 2024 and noted the team, which not only teaches and graduates students, but also constantly studies and improves its knowledge itself, participates in University conferences, international conferences, and carries out scientific work. The work of the college team is reflected in the students who are active participants in cultural and mass events, conferences, and sports events. She also noted the prize-winning places of the college's sports teams. At the end of her speech, Nataliya Mykolaivna approved the director's report and recognized the work of the college team as satisfactory, and also congratulated the team on the upcoming holidays, wished everyone the fulfillment of dreams and faith in the fact that Ukraine will win in 2025.

A member of the college's supervisory board, a public figure, and an Honored Energy Engineer of Ukraine addressed the college staff. Leontiy Samchuk, who noted the positive indicators of the VSP "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", but noted that the most important mission of the college should be to form in students a sense of national dignity, to cultivate socially significant personal qualities, their competence and readiness to demonstrate a responsible civic position and patriotism. He proposed to approve the report of the work of the college staff.

The Deputy Director for Educational Work participated in the discussion of the report Oleksandr Talimonchuk, Head of Information Technology Department Iryna Yakymchuk, chief accountant Olena Chernachuk-Semenyshyna and student council president Christina Kulay.
Deputy Director for Educational Work Oleksandr Talimonchuk reported on educational, cultural, mass and sports work, volunteer activities, social and living conditions of students. He emphasized the tasks that remain relevant and require constant attention of the pedagogical staff of the educational institution, namely: conducting educational activities aimed at forming in students the need for a healthy lifestyle, prevention of the spread of harmful habits in the youth environment, sex education, education of tolerance, mental health of students.

Chief Accountant Olena Chernachuk-Semenyshyna conducted an analysis of financial and economic activities for 11 months of 2024. It is worth noting that during the reporting period, salaries, scholarships, bills, etc. were paid on time.
Head of Programming Department Iryna Yakymchuk focused on the main aspects of the department's work for the reporting period. A new step in the activities of our college was international cooperation. Thanks to the long-term joint activities of NUBiP of Ukraine and the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Trisdorf (HSWT), this year the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) conducted an international project "Support for Ukrainian Colleges: Data Collection. Calculation of Marginal Income" and "Data Collection and Digitalization with a Focus on University Colleges in 2024", in which college teachers participated.


The chairwoman of the college student council spoke at the meeting. Christina Kulay, who reported on the organization of the work of student self-government bodies, emphasized the participation of representatives of the student council in the preparation and holding of celebrations on the occasion of the "Education Workers' Day", the competitive program "We declare ourselves", "Self-Government Day". The student council actively assisted in carrying out volunteer actions in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and participated in charitable activities. The head of the student council noted that the plans for the second semester include establishing relationships with the student organization of NUBiP of Ukraine in order to study the experience.

The head of the trade union also reported at the meeting of the labor collective. Taras Sasovsky, who noted that the trade union committee worked in a positive, stable moral and psychological climate. The team managed to avoid conflict situations, in general there is understanding and cooperation between the administration of the institution and the trade union committee. Their activities were aimed, first of all, at the development of the college, attempts to satisfy the basic needs of employees, college students, and solving social issues.

College Director Vasyl Tsaruk agreed with the assessment of the speakers and the proposals of the members of the presidium.
After discussion, the participants in the staff meeting unanimously approved the college director's report and supported the institution's long-term plan for 2025.

Staff meetings Rivne Vocational College were held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere. The participants had the opportunity to discuss current issues of the institution's activities, express their suggestions and get answers to important questions. The director's report was received with understanding and support, which indicates a high level of interaction between management and employees. Such events are a vivid example of team cohesion, readiness to jointly solve problems and a commitment to the further development of the college.
