"Rivne Professional College of
National University of Life
and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine"
As part of career guidance work and cooperation with employers, students of the economics department, specialty 071 - Accounting and Taxation, visited the auditing company "AKTIV PLUS".
Visitors were hospitably welcomed by the company's director, candidate of economic sciences, certified auditor Lyudmila Matviychuk. In a friendly and professional atmosphere, Lyudmila shared the history of the company's creation, talked about its development, main areas of activity, and the challenges faced by modern auditors.
Of particular interest was the conversation about the path to obtaining a qualification certificate as an auditor. The students learned about the requirements for applicants, the stages of training and certification, as well as the high level of responsibility that accompanies this profession. Ms. Lyudmila emphasized that an auditor is not just a specialist, but a person who is entrusted with the financial reliability of companies.
During the tour, the students had the opportunity to see in practice how an audit company works from the inside. They met the company's employees, saw a real working environment, and got acquainted with the documents, systems, and tools used in the daily activities of an auditor. This direct contact with the profession made the tour especially valuable.
Future specialists showed active interest - they asked many questions about the features of professional activity, career prospects, and the specifics of working in audit companies. Such a dialogue with the employer contributed to the formation of a more realistic idea of the future profession.
It is nice to note that the company "AKTYV PLUS" already has experience of cooperation with the college in the context of employment of young specialists. Previously, college graduates Kovalchuk Maria and Melnyk Victoria worked here. Currently, another graduate works at the company - Alina Mosievich, who shared her own experience of adaptation in a professional environment and told the students about her first steps in the field of auditing.
The event was attended by students of groups 31-O, 4-OB, and 5-OB. They were accompanied by college teachers: Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Lecturer-Methodologist Alla Hnatyuk, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Oksana Nemkovych, Lecturer-Methodologist, and Lecturer-Methodologist Lyubov Matviychuk.
Such events are extremely important for students' professional self-determination. They allow them not only to see their future profession from the inside, but also to take the first steps towards building their own career.
