Meeting of the College Teaching Council

May 7, chaired by the college director Vasyl TSARUK A meeting of the pedagogical council of College No. 9 was held in the 2024-2025 academic year, during which the teaching staff considered a number of important issues.

The meeting continued with a report from the college methodologist, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Vadym LYULCHYK on the progress of implementing decisions of previous pedagogical councils.

College Director, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Vasyl Tsaruk reported on the activities of the college staff for the period from 03/19/2025 to 05/07/2025. In particular, the director emphasized the most significant achievements of the staff during this period, the replenishment of the college's material and technical base, career guidance work, participation in diverse conferences and scientific and practical seminars for teachers and students, open and guest classes, cultural and mass work, sports achievements, charity, participation in competitions, repair work, the work of the library and information center, etc.

Guarantors of educational programs Lyudmila PRONCHUK, Oleksandr PAVLENKO and Iryna CHORNA reported on the monitoring, review and preparation for the accreditation examination of educational and professional programs of professional pre-higher education "Entrepreneurship and Trade", "Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures", "Equipment of Buildings and Structures and Building Design".

Deputy Director for Educational Work Oleksandr TALIMONCHUK and teacher of the subject "Defense of Ukraine" Volodymyr Khrystyanovych reported on the national-patriotic education of student youth as a factor in the development of national consciousness, civic activism, and legal values of the rising generation.

Also Oleksandr TALIMONCHUK reported on measures to systematically combat bullying, recruitment and terrorism among children and youth (Letter from the Department of the State Education Quality Service in Rivne region dated 01.05.2025 No. 01-11/391).

Head of the Department of General Education Valeriy HUMENYUK together with department heads By Serhiy GULYUK and Iryna YAKYMCHUK reported on the work of the general education department.

Nurse Nadiya CHEREVKO reported on the activities of the medical center to ensure the sanitary well-being of college employees and students.

Guarantors of educational and professional programs Vasyl the CAT, Nelya RUSINA, Viktor POZNAKHOVSKY and Head of Information Technology Department Iryna YAKYMCHUK reported on measures to take into account the comments made during the accreditation of the educational and professional programs of the OS "Bachelor" "Software Engineering", "Geodesy and Land Management" and the OPS "Professional Junior Bachelor" "Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market" and "Software Engineering".

College methodologist Vadym LYULCHYK reported on certification of teaching staff of the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", amendments to the Regulations on the organization of the educational process during training for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education at the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine"; Regulations on the organization of the educational process during the acquisition of professional pre-higher education at the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", approved by the pedagogical council No. 1 dated August 30, 2023 and Regulations on the implementation of international projects, grants and agreements at the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine".

The pedagogical council also considered other important issues of the college's life. We analyzed the achievements and challenges facing the teaching staff, reviewed the results of educational activities, and discussed ways to improve the quality of education and create a favorable environment for students' learning and professional growth.
