On February 5, under the chairmanship of the college director Vasyl Tsaruk, a meeting of the pedagogical council of college No. 5 for the 2024-2025 academic year was held. The pedagogical council is an important collegial body for managing the educational process in the college. It plays a key role in shaping the institution's development strategy, improving teaching and student education methods, discussing current educational problems, and implementing innovations.
The head of the educational institution began the meeting with birthday greetings Lyubov Matviychuk, a teacher of economic disciplines and Victoria Zinich, a teacher of biology, ecology. The warmest words of wishes were expressed: good health, creative inspiration, professional success and inexhaustible energy. May joy, harmony and well-being always reign in life, and every day brings new opportunities and achievements!
The meeting continued with a report from the college methodologist, candidate of agricultural sciences Vadim Lyulchyk on the progress of implementing decisions of previous pedagogical councils.
The director of the college, Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor Vasyl Tsaruk reported on the activities of the college staff for the period from December 18, 2024 to February 5, 2025. In particular, the director emphasized the most significant achievements of the staff during this period, participation in the traditional seminar-training of the NUBiP of Ukraine for scientific and pedagogical workers, exchange of experience, participation in diverse conferences of teachers and students, cultural and mass work, support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participation in competitions, repair work, the work of the library and information center, etc. The director also raised the issue of the peculiarities of military registration and prevention of evasion of mobilization.
And at the end of his speech Vasyl Yuriyovych honored the participants of the Pedagogical Readings, which took place on January 14-15. In particular, certificates for educational activities in the popularization of modern pedagogical technologies and active participation in the Pedagogical Readings were received by:
- Oksana Nemkovych, Candidate of Economic Sciences;
- Iryna Baranovskaya, teacher of mathematical disciplines;
- Oleg Kachanovsky, teacher of land management disciplines;
- Svyatoslav Nadozirny, teacher of programming and information disciplines;
- Pavlo Stryk, teacher of programming and information disciplines;
- Vadym Chernyak, teacher of programming and information disciplines;
- Anatoly Ivanchenko, teacher of construction disciplines;
- Yulia Dedyukhina, teacher of programming and information disciplines;
- Iryna Yakymchuk, head of the information technology department.
The results of monitoring the quality of professional pre-higher education and higher education at the Higher Educational Institution "RFK NUBIP of Ukraine" in the first semester of 2024-2025 academic year reported Lyudmila Baldych, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.
College methodologist Vadym Lyulchyk reported on the progress of accreditation examinations of educational and professional programs of professional pre-higher education and higher education, approval of the plan for advanced training of pedagogical staff of the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" for 2025 and recognition of the results of advanced training of pedagogical staff of the Higher Educational Service "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine".
Head of the Department of General Education Valeriy Humenyuk informed about the adaptation of the new batch of students to the educational process at the college.
A scientific report on the topic "Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) in Ukraine" was delivered by Anatoly Ivanchenko, teacher of construction disciplines, occupational safety engineer.
Head of Educational and Industrial Practices, Candidate of Technical Sciences Taras Sasovsky focused the attention of those present on ways to implement practical training for applicants for professional pre-higher education and certification of working professions in the 2024-2025 academic year.
Deputy Director for Educational Work Oleksandr Talimonchuk announced scholarship support based on the results of the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.
So, this The meeting of the pedagogical council is an important stage in the collective work. We analyzed the achievements and challenges facing the pedagogical team, reviewed the results of educational activities, discussed ways to improve the quality of education and create a favorable environment for students' learning and professional growth.
