An important component of the professional training of future specialists in the specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation" of the field of knowledge 07 Management and Administration and a mandatory element of the educational process is scientific and research work, which, on the one hand, allows you to put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired during the study of special disciplines, on the other hand, is focused on the student's own scientific search. One of the ways to implement it is to complete coursework.
On May 23, 2025, the defense of the "Coursework in Financial Accounting" was held by applicants for professional pre-higher education of group 31-O of the economic department, OPS "professional junior bachelor".
The defense was conducted by a commission consisting of teachers from the economics department: Lyubov MATVIYCHUK, Viktor POZNAKHOVSKY, and Olena CHERNACHUK-SEMENYSHINA.
Completion and defense of a coursework allows you to determine the level of theoretical and practical training of students, their ability to independently work with regulatory documents and primary sources, with documents of a specific enterprise, with financial reporting forms, and to correctly analyze and summarize educational material. A coursework is a kind of summary of the learning process and is the main qualifying scientific work.
During the defense of the course work on the discipline "Financial Accounting", the students showed a sufficiently high level of theoretical and practical training, as well as the ability to identify possible problems and develop effective strategies for solving them. The acquired skills and knowledge will be the key to the professional competence of future accounting specialists, based on critical thinking and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice.
