Defenders' Day is, first and foremost, a celebration of those thanks to whom we preserve our independence and are able to live our daily lives – to work, create, and learn. On this day, we honor modern defenders of Ukraine and Ukrainian heroes of different eras, and we remember everyone who gave their lives for Ukraine.

1 жовтня, о 9.00, колектив коледжу приєднався до Загальнонаціональної хвилини мовчання. В скорботі студенти, викладачі, запрошені гості схилили голови, вшановуючи пам’ять випускників коледжу, які загинули, захищаючи рідну землю від московської орди. Біля інсталяцій героям були встановлені лампадки як символ вічної пам’яті і шани полеглим. Варварська росія розпочала війну проти України ще в 2014 році. Тому символічно, що в заході взяли участь ветеран АТО, викладач коледжу Сергій Пандрак та випускник коледжу, який з перших днів широкомасштабного вторгнення добровільно пішов захищати рідний край Олександр Черкасов.

During a meeting with students of the "Geodesy and Land Management" specialty, Oleksandr told his future colleagues how the knowledge he gained while studying at college came in handy in front-line conditions.

Representatives of the college staff also visited the military hospital, where they presented gifts to soldiers undergoing treatment there.

Students of our college took part in the All-Ukrainian flashmob "We are the descendants of Cossack glory", organized by the State Institution "Scientific and Methodological Center of Higher and Professional Pre-Higher Education of Ukraine", where they demonstrated their creative abilities and national self-awareness.

We believe that our defenders will destroy the historical enemy of Ukraine, that our Ukrainian people will win!
