From November 4 to 9, as part of the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Department of Accounting and Taxation of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical training “Accounting, Taxation and Audit: European Experience and National Peculiarities” was held. The event was attended by teachers of the economics department of our college: Alla HNATYUK, Oksana KONONCHUK, Lyubov MATVIYCHUK, Vita MOTSNYUK and Oksana NEMKOVYCH.
This training became a landmark event that brought together scientists, specialists and practitioners from different parts of Ukraine to discuss topical issues in the field of accounting, auditing and taxation. During the training, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest changes in legislation, compare national standards with international norms and discuss the prospects for implementing European experience in Ukrainian practice.
The training was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the National University of Economics and Business Administration of Ukraine, Professor Anatoliy Dibrova, who emphasized the importance of such an event for the development of accounting science and improving the level of professional training of specialists. The participants also had the opportunity to listen to an interesting historical report by Professor Lyubov Gutsalenko, dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the Department of Accounting and Taxation, where the achievements of the Department and its future plans were discussed.
The training program paid special attention to the discussion of the peculiarities of Ukrainian legislation in the field of accounting and taxation. Participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with important changes in the legislative framework that directly affect accounting and tax reporting. Specialists considered the issue of integrating European standards into Ukrainian practice, which is extremely relevant in the context of European integration processes in the country.
During the training, an atmosphere of professional exchange of knowledge and experience was created, allowing all participants to gain new skills and deepen their understanding of both theoretical aspects and practical issues of accounting, auditing and taxation. Participation in the training was an important stage in improving the professional competence of our teachers, which will certainly contribute to the further development of education and training of highly qualified specialists for Ukraine.
We sincerely thank the organizers, participants, and teachers of the Department of Accounting and Taxation for the opportunity to participate in this important event, which will become the basis for further implementation of the acquired knowledge in the educational process and professional activities. This is another step towards improving the quality of education and developing accounting and tax practice in Ukraine!
