On November 14, 2024, as part of the week of general education disciplines, the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Mathematics Olympiad was held in the college, in which 30 first-year students of our college participated. The Olympiad was held with the aim of finding gifted students and creating conditions for their creative growth.
Students' participation in the Olympiad is the first step in professional and scientific activity. Mathematical competence is one of the most important key competencies for students of the professional junior bachelor's level, it allows them to use mathematical methods in life situations and for the successful study of other academic subjects.
The winners of the Olympiad were:
1st place – Oles Danylyuk, 12-D group
2nd place – Danylo Stepanovych, 11th IP group
3rd place – Soroka Bohdan, 11-F group
