The "Diya" application already contains all education documents available in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education. From now on, the application includes a certificate of basic secondary education; a certificate/certificate of complete general secondary education and a certificate of assignment (improvement) of working qualifications.
The application also displays the diploma of a skilled worker; diploma of a professional junior bachelor; junior specialist; diploma of a junior bachelor, bachelor, specialist, master, diploma of a doctor of philosophy and diploma of a doctor of arts.
Documents about the scientific degrees of Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences and about the academic titles of Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Researcher are not documents about education, therefore they may not be displayed on the "Diya" Portal.
The application also lacks information on retraining diplomas (junior specialists, specialists) issued before 2016.
If you update the Action, the documents will be automatically updated, but only if they are in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.
It is expected that later the application will also display attachments to education documents.
eEducation documents can be used by applicants during the admission campaign to confirm receipt of a document confirming the appropriate level of education.
The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has also prepared answers to the most common questions of citizens regarding the non-display of e-Documents on education in the "Diya" Portal application.
