On February 28, 2024, the teacher of physical culture of the RFK NUBiP and physical education Nazar Svintozelsky held an open lesson in group 31-IP of the programming department on the topic "Volleyball. Technique of passing the ball with two hands from above."
At the beginning of the lesson, a warm-up "fun movement" was held, during which students actively performed exercises under the guidance of the teacher. The teacher used the method of demonstrating the proposed exercises, provided students with the necessary assistance and consultations when performing complex elements. The students adequately coped with the task.
After the warm-up, the students moved on to performing the elements of the lesson topic "Volleyball. Technique of passing the ball with two hands from above", during the study they passed the ball in threes with alternate change of places, passed the ball through the net in threes using the learned methods, received the ball flying sideways, served using the learned method to a designated zone and received with a pass to zone No. 3.
At the end of the lesson, a 6x6 training game was played using the learned tactical schemes in defense and attack to consolidate knowledge, generalize and systematize the material, and summarize the competencies that students received in the lesson.
A positive point can be noted when the teacher checks the students' well-being after the lesson, analyzes and evaluates the technique of performing passes through the net.
