Dmytro Ostapchuk, a student of geodesy and land management, continues to impress with his achievements in discus throwing. Thus, in Kyiv during the Winter Championship of Ukraine in track and field throwing among adults, youth, juniors, which was held on February 18–19, 2025, Dmytro became the champion of Ukraine in discus throwing (men, youth U-23), throwing the discus at a distance of 39 meters 4 centimeters.
In April of this year, the athlete confirmed his high level by winning the championship at the III stage of the Ukrainian Athletics Cup in track and field throwing, at the All-Ukrainian Track and Field Throwing Competition in honor of Olympic Champions F. Melnyk and A. Bondarchuk, which took place in Kamianets-Podilskyi from April 20 to 25, 2025.
The athlete threw the discus to a distance of 46.34 meters, which is his personal record.
These two new victories were yet another testament to the young athlete's incredible strength, skill, and stability. Dmytro once again demonstrated his indomitable spirit and impressive results, leaving behind strong rivals from all over Ukraine.
