The webinar offered participants a general overview and consideration of various aspects of 3D printing, from theoretical foundations to practical aspects of using this technology.

The first block of the webinar allowed participants to better understand the basic disciplines of 3D printing and learn about the history of the development of this technology, which determined its current state. The speakers reviewed the various equipment used for 3D printing and explained the basic concepts and purposes of a 3D printer so that participants could better understand the technology. Participants were introduced to the various capabilities of a 3D printer and the procedure for creating objects from digital models, which allowed them to see the printing process in action.

The webinar also allowed participants to understand the main advantages of 3D printing compared to traditional methods and to consider different technologies, including FDM and SLA. The speakers presented a classification of different types of 3D printers, explained the different types of files used in the printing process, and revealed the essence of G-code as a key component of 3D printer control.

In the final block of the webinar, participants were introduced to the software used to prepare files for printing.

The end of the webinar left participants impressed and inspired to explore this exciting field. The knowledge and insights gained at the event will be a valuable resource for further developing and improving their skills in the field of 3D modeling and printing.
