As part of the 1st International Theater Festival "Scrooge Fest" in the Rivne Regional Academic Music and Drama Theater, a unique artistic performance "The Manger of Our Victory" was held, which was attended by students of the specialty 081 Law. The event combined religious, social and folk symbols and became a real act of unity, memory and inspiration, because its goal was to draw attention to the enormous mission of our Defenders, thanks to whom we can celebrate Christmas today. The initiator and inspirer of the gastronomic and poetic performance is Iryna Bakovetska-Rachkovska - a Ukrainian prose writer, poet, journalist, local historian, composer, public figure.

Every detail of the performance had a deep symbolic meaning. Just as in the Gospel, bread and fish fed thousands of people, so in our culture, traditional dishes on Christmas Eve are kutya and soup with mushrooms and fish. These dishes, prepared by women from the local village, were offered to the audience. They became not only part of the performance, but also an act of symbolic communion, uniting people in a common prayer for peace and victory.

The performance was filled with author's poems and ritual actions, which were accompanied by live music. Folk instruments sounded on stage: the screw-pipe played by Serhiy Vostrykov and the wheel lyre played by Andriy Lyashuk. A special atmosphere was created by the folklore groups "Village Music" and "Vesnyanka" (artistic director Viktor Kovalchuk), whose songs added warmth and authenticity.

One of the most moving parts of the event was the participation of Ruslana Bronovitska, mother of missing Defender Dmytro Paskar. She was involved in a puppet show about the little Prince, dedicated to her son by his father-director. This show became a profound reminder of the personal stories of families who lost loved ones due to the war.

This performance is not only a remembrance of the birth of Christ, but also a tribute to our modern heroes who chose to protect the Ukrainian people from death and oblivion. Through the symbols of three loaves and five fish, the performance showed how unity and sacrifice create the strength of a nation. This art, which inspires, awakens memory and unites, reminds us of the importance of honoring those who fight for our future today. Thanks to such initiatives, we not only preserve traditions, but also rethink them in the context of modernity.

This day left behind warmth, hope, and faith that together we are able to overcome all challenges.
