On January 10, the annual traditional Pedagogical Readings began at the Separate Structural Unit "Rivne Professional College of NUBiP of Ukraine".
The event was opened by the college director, Doctor of Economics Tsaruk Vasyl Yuriyovych, who congratulated colleagues on this event, summed up the results of 2023, naming its key events, and outlined the main tasks of the college's teaching staff for 2024.

Yes, Cherneha Iryna Grigorivna, a teacher of economic disciplines, a specialist of the highest category, in her speech on the topic "State Budget of Ukraine for 2024: Key Items of Expenditure and Revenue" focused on such important economic issues as state budget revenues for 2024, expenditures on providing loans, budget deficit, inflation, average hryvnia exchange rate, subsistence minimum, etc. It was noted that the main drivers of growth in planned tax revenues in 2024 will be personal income tax and military levy.
This topic was continued by the chief accountant of the college, a specialist of the highest category, a teacher-methodologist Chernachuk-Semenyshyna Olena Volodymyrivna, which focused on the official salaries of teachers under the Unified State Exam in 2024, the amount of the subsistence minimum, the amount of the minimum wage, the amount of tax social benefits, the amount of limiting indicators for sick leave and maternity leave for key employees, etc.
"Manifestations of corruption in education" was the topic of the speech Vadim Anatolyevich Ilyin, legal advisor, teacher of legal disciplines, attorney. Vadim Anatoliyovych revealed to those present the essence of the concepts of "corruption", "illegitimate benefit", "close persons", "potential conflict of interest", "gift", "private interest", "real conflict of interest" and informed about the responsibility for committing corruption offenses.
Medvid Mykhailo Mykhailovych, a teacher of construction disciplines, a specialist of the highest category, a teacher-methodologist, delivered a report on the topic "Electronic textbook as a modern means of learning", in which he answered the questions "What are electronic educational resources?", the scope of application of the electronic textbook and its technical advantages and disadvantages. He also presented an author's video lesson and his own textbook "Engineering Graphics" for students of the OPS "Professional Junior Bachelor" specialty 192 "Construction and Civil Engineering".
Completed the first block of Pedagogical Readings 2024, teacher of Ukrainian language and literature, specialist of the highest category, teacher-methodologist Soroka Myroslava Vasylivna with a speech on the topic "State language exam - in a new way". Myroslava Vasylivna informed the audience about the changes to the Procedure for conducting exams for the level of proficiency in the state language, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 27, 2023 No. 1126. It was noted about the changes in the format of this exam, what is worth paying attention to, what is new in the exam, and also gave useful advice when taking the exam for the level of proficiency in the state language.
All speakers conducted extensive research, prepared presentations for their speeches, selected video materials, and delivered their reports at a highly professional level. The teaching staff members present received a lot of interesting and important information that they will certainly use in the educational process and in everyday life.
