On January 24, 2025, a meeting was held between the head of the IT department Iryna Yakymchuk, the head of the cyclical commission for programming and information disciplines Oksana Kudeli, with representatives of MVCOM - the founder of MVCOM Vasyl Romanyuk and the HR director Halyna Lyaskovets.
The meeting was aimed at discussing educational and professional programs in the field of 12 Information Technologies, which are operating at the college. In order to update the programs, Vasyl Romanyuk proposed organizing excursions for students to the facilities served by the company and the possibility of organizing and conducting educational and industrial practice for students.
The meeting participants paid particular attention to the training practice, since, according to the company manager, it will be more effective if it takes place for students at the enterprise with company employees in the presence of teachers.
According to Vasyl Romanyuk, cooperation with the Higher Educational Service "Rivne Vocational College of NUBiP of Ukraine" is the most effective and contributes to the further employment of graduates, since such cooperation is not "on paper", but in action.
The possibility of industrial practice and internship for students of the information technology department, professional trainings or lectures from the company's specialists for teachers of the department, as well as the possibility of joint projects were also discussed. MVCOM representatives were invited to take a qualifying exam for graduates of the "Management" specialty with the possibility of inviting them for an interview at the company. The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you MVCOM!
