On March 27, 2024, a meeting was held between the head of the programming department, Iryna Yakymchuk, and the department's teachers with representatives of the MVCOM company, which was aimed at discussing possible cooperation and partnership between the company and the educational institution.
The founder of MVCOM, Vasyl Romaniuk, shared information about his company, the services they provide, and the possible benefits of cooperation for the college.
The company's areas of activity include:
- Creation of complex and intelligent video surveillance systems;
- Design and installation of structured cabling systems (SCS);
- Design, installation, maintenance of access control systems (ACS);
- Installation and configuration of video intercoms;
- Configuration, supply and installation of servers and server equipment;
- Conference room systems;
- Comprehensive solutions in the field of energy-efficient lighting;
- Smart House systems;
- Smart City systems.
The possibility of technological practice and internships for students of the department, professional trainings or lectures from company specialists for teachers of the department, as well as the possibilities of joint projects were discussed. Insights were received from industry representatives on building cooperation that would help students in the future to get a job after graduation.
