Pedagogical readings are an important component of the professional development of teachers and the formation of the educational environment in the college. This event creates a platform for the exchange of experience, discussion of current issues of pedagogy, the implementation of innovative teaching methods and improvement of the educational process.
In the current conditions of education reform in Ukraine, pedagogical readings are becoming especially relevant. They allow teachers not only to deepen their knowledge, but also contribute to the understanding of the latest trends in pedagogical science. This is a space for professional discussion, generation of ideas, and a collective search for ways to achieve high standards of educational quality.
On January 14, the first day of the Pedagogical Readings 2024-2025 academic year was held at the college. The event was opened by the college director, Doctor of Economics, with an introductory speech. Vasyl Tsaruk, who congratulated colleagues on this event and emphasized the main areas of education reform in Ukraine, which will affect the organization of the educational process, the activities of teachers, and the future of students.


Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lyudmila Baldych introduced those present to the program of pedagogical readings for the 2024-2025 academic year and wished everyone a good mood, interesting performances, and mutual exchange of experience.

Traditionally, Pedagogical Readings at the College begin with a report by a Candidate of Economic Sciences. Oksana Nemkovich on the topic "State Budget of Ukraine for 2025: Key Expenditure and Revenue Items". During the speech, the main aspects of the formation and implementation of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025 were highlighted. The speaker paid special attention to key items of expenditure and revenue, strategic priorities and challenges facing the country's financial system.


Modern challenges, including martial law, economic instability, rapid changes in society, and information overload, create significant pressure on people. In view of this, the speech of the mathematics teacher was relevant. Iryna Baranovskaya on the topic "A fulfilling life in modern realities: activating internal resources", which highlighted the importance of mobilizing internal resources to maintain both physical and psycho-emotional well-being in these conditions.

The first day of Pedagogical Readings ended with a report on the topic "The use of artificial intelligence in the educational process and professional activities". Two teachers participated in the discussion of the topic, sharing their thoughts and practical examples.
Yes, a teacher of land management disciplines Oleg Kachanovsky revealed the role and prospects of introducing artificial intelligence into the training and professional activities of land management specialists. He focused on the opportunities that new technologies open up for effective land resource management, geodetic work, and documentation development.
Teacher of programming and information sciences Svyatoslav Nadozirny considered the impact of artificial intelligence on the educational process and professional activities in the IT sphere. The speaker emphasized the importance of integrating AI into curricula for training future specialists, as well as the role of new technologies in the professional activities of IT professionals.


Concluding the first day of the event, the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs Lyudmila Baldych thanked all participants for their active participation and expressed hope for continued fruitful work on the next day of pedagogical readings.
