On January 11, the college hosted the second day of Pedagogical Readings, which were initiated by Nemkovich Oksana Borysivna, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Specialist of the Highest Category, Lecturer-Methodologist. In her speech on the topic "Academic Plagiarism: Concept and Recommendations for Its Prevention and Detection in Accordance with Current Legislation," Oksana Borysivna revealed the essence of the following issues:
1) Regulatory framework for preventing academic plagiarism;
2) What is academic plagiarism and its main types;
3) In what cases are text matches not plagiarism?
4) Recommendations for preventing academic plagiarism;
5) Briefly about self-plagiarism;
6) Plagiarism and copyright;
7) Requirements for coursework.
The presentation by the representatives was very informative. Patrol Police DepartmentNamely, they visited the Pedagogical Readings – Boyakivska Ivanna, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Patrol Police Department in Rivne Region; Boreyko Olesya, senior police lieutenant and Senchuk Yana, senior police lieutenant, who provided thorough answers to the questions of the college's teaching staff regarding bullying, domestic violence, administrative offenses by minors, etc.

We were introduced to the international activities and projects of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Yakymchuk Iryna Oleksandrivna, head of the programming department, specialist of the highest category, teacher-methodologist, Rusina Nelya Grigorivna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Head of the Cycle Commission of Land Management Disciplines, Specialist of the Highest Category, Teacher-Methodologist and Kudelya Oksana Alekseevna, head of the cyclical commission of programming and information disciplines, specialist of the highest category, teacher-methodologist.



In particular, the speakers participated in the seminar "Supporting Ukrainian Colleges: Data Collection. Calculating Marginal Income", which was held on the basis of Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (HSWT) (Germany) and shared their impressions and experiences with those present.
So, Iryna Oleksandrivna talked about the University itself, its material base, educational buildings, faculties, the main areas of the University's work, how the preparation for this event took place, practical classes, and much more interesting things.
Nelya Grigorivna focused her attention on the practical training provided by the University, namely on training farms, which are independent farms, and in the maintenance of which students studying at the veterinary faculty are involved. It was noted about the automation of all stages of management, a research center, a specialized center for energy and agricultural engineering, etc.
Oksana Oleksiyevna shared her impressions of the cultural monuments of the German cities she visited, excursions to farms at the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf, a visit to the Ministry of Education and Culture of Bavaria, etc.
And completed Pedagogical Readings Melnyk Nadiya Adamivna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Innovations Rivne Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education with a speech on the topic "Certification of pedagogical workers." The need for annual advanced training for pedagogical workers, the features of extraordinary certification, the approximate structure and purpose of the training session, and much other useful information regarding the certification of pedagogical workers in general were discussed.

Thus, the Pedagogical Readings aimed the entire teaching staff at fruitful work in 2024, motivated and provided basic guidelines for improving the quality of the educational process.
