National University of Life
and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine"
The pace of scientific and technological progress and the dynamics of social life created by it set a system of professional requirements for a person, which are constantly growing. In conditions of rapid economic development, instability of the labor market and objective requirements of employers regarding the formation of "soft skills" in employees, vocational education institutions are faced with the task not only of forming specific professional competencies (providing a set of professional knowledge, skills and abilities), but also of developing skills that will help in finding a job and successful employment, securing a first job, etc. - that is, to form career competence in education seekers.
On how to develop creative thinking and develop the habit of thinking outside the box, generating new ideas, students of the economics department 21-O groups together with a curator Iryna BARANOVSKAYA discussed November 15 at a master class held by a non-formal education trainer Vladyslav Kryzhna.
During an interesting meeting, students, working in groups, practiced using examples of seeing a "creative idea" and a "creative idea", tried creative thinking techniques through team play, and examined the basic principle of "combination".
Creativity is a universal skill that is useful for everyone. It is a tool that helps to create new things, solve unconventional problems, develop, and realize one's potential to be successful and happy in a constantly changing world.
We sincerely thank Vladislav KRYZHNIY for the interesting and informative master class. We wish him success in further popularizing non-formal education.
