On April 8 and 10, 2025, students of grades 9–11 of Rivne Gymnasium No. 6 and Rivne Lyceum No. 17 took a field trip to the Separate Structural Unit “Rivne Professional College of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Management of Ukraine”. The event was organized for the purpose of career guidance work and familiarizing students with the educational opportunities of one of the leading educational institutions in the region and Ukraine.
During the meeting, the executive secretary of the college, Yevheniy MASTALYARCHUK, told the lyceum students about current specialties, admission requirements, features of the educational process, and employment prospects after graduation. The tour of the college was conducted by the deputy director for academic work, Lyudmila BALDYCH, during which the students had the opportunity to see the material and technical base of the institution, visit classrooms, laboratories, and get acquainted with the modern equipment used by students.
Particular interest was aroused by the demonstration of practical classes and master classes prepared by teachers and students of the college. In particular, Oleksandr KUSHNIRUK, a photogrammetry teacher, held a presentation of the profession of "Space Surveyor" and introduced the guests of the institution to the Mavic 3 Pro drone. The impressions from what they saw remained the most positive, because this form of career guidance helps young people better decide on their future profession.
