Round table of heads of departments and heads of cyclical commissions of institutions of professional pre-higher education in the specialty 071 Accounting and taxation

May 22, 2025, teachers of the economics department Iryna CHERNEGA, teacher-methodologist and Oksana NEMKOVYCH, Candidate of Economic Sciences, teacher-methodologist took part in the round table "Training of specialists for the economy and business sector: harmonization of the labor market and the market of educational services" in the specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation" with the participation of representatives of institutions of professional pre-higher education, employers and other interested persons, online on the basis of the State Institution "Scientific and Methodological Center of Higher and Professional Pre-Higher Education".

Iryna CHERNEGA gave a report on the topic: "ORGANIZATION OF PRACTICAL TRAINING OF ACCOUNTING AND TAXATION SPECIALISTS: THE EXPERIENCE OF VSP "RFK NUBIP UKRAINE".

Tetyana ISCHCHENKO, professor, candidate of pedagogical sciences, director of the Scientific and Methodological Center of the VFPO, delivered an introductory speech and welcomed the participants.

  • Valentyna ORDYNSKA, Head of the Shepetivka United State Tax Inspectorate of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Khmelnytskyi Region with a report on the topic: "Interaction between the production sector, business and educational institutions, expectations and reality. Ways of cooperation."
  • Victoria SOVA, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs of the Higher Educational Institution "Irpin Vocational College of NUBiP of Ukraine" with a report on the topic: "Modern challenges of practical training of specialists in the specialty 071 Accounting and Taxation and interaction with stakeholders."
  • Natalia SLEPTSOVA, head of the cyclical commission of accounting and financial disciplines of the Higher Educational Institution "Lubensk Financial and Economic Professional College of Poltava State Academic Autonomous University" with a report on the topic: "Professional training of accounting specialists: experience, partnership, prospects."
  • Nataliya ANDRONIUK, head of the cyclic commission of specialties 051 “Economics”, 071 “Accounting and Taxation”, 072 “Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market” of the Berdychiv Vocational College of Industry, Economics and Law, with a report on the topic: “Organization of educational and methodological work in ZFPE and cooperation with stakeholders in specialty 071 Accounting and Taxation (from work experience).

  • Tetyana ROMANENKO, head of the professional methodological association for the specialty 071 Accounting and Taxation, head of the department of economics, logistics and information systems of the Higher Educational Institution "Nizhyn Professional College of NUBiP of Ukraine" with a report on the topic: "FMO - priority tasks and ways to solve them in order to improve the preparation of methodological support for the specialty 071 Accounting and Taxation."

The purpose of the event was to discuss current issues of training qualified personnel for the labor market, establish effective interaction between educational institutions and employers, and determine the prospects for the development of educational programs in accordance with the requirements of production.
