International Computer Graphics and Web Design Competition "CreDiCo" is held among young people who are interested in and are studying computer graphics and animation. The main purpose of the competition: providing a platform for showcasing original developments and for communication in the field of computer graphics, computer animation, and web design.
The organizers of the competition there is a Laboratory for the Use of Information Technologies in Education at the Department of Informatics Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko (Ukraine), Department of Cybernetics and Applied Mathematics Uzhhorod National University (Ukraine), Bridgewater State University (USA), Tbilisi Free University (Georgia), Jan Dlugosz Academy (Poland), Maltepe University (Turkey).
Dates: The competition was held from October 20 to December 1, 2023.
Suggested theme of the works: "I am friends with Pluto and more."
The competition is held for three age groups:
– schoolchildren aged 14-17;
– students of vocational education institutions;
– students of higher education institutions.
On January 2, 2024, the jury of the competition summed up the results and presented the distribution of places in the relevant nominations and age categories. The winners were the contestants whose works received the highest average score. 882 participants took part in the competition, sending 1,050 works. in various nominations. Participants were involved from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, China and Austria.
To the winners competition issued diplomas, and to everyone participants – certificates about participation.
