New Indexes of current regulatory documents of Ukraine:
- New decisions of local governments for 2024. On approval of the estimated salary, which is taken into account when determining the cost of construction;
- List of current departmental building codes (VBN), industry building codes (GBN), standards of organizations of Ukraine (SOU) and other documents in the field of construction and the building materials industry as of 01.10.2024.
With the help of Indexes, you can always find out the status of a document. Indexes are available free of charge to all BUDSTANDART Online users!
The following came into force or were repealed:
- List of documents that will enter into force from 01.11.2024 to 30.11.2024 (as of 01.11.2024);
- List of documents that will expire from 01.11.2024 to 30.11.2024 (as of 01.11.2024);
- List of documents that will enter into force from 01.10.2024 to 31.10.2024 (as of 01.10.2024);
- List of documents that will expire from 01.10.2024 to 31.10.2024 (as of 01.10.2024).
New standards have been approved:
New in Construction and Pricing:
- New section “Estimated wages in construction” on the BUDSTANDART Online service: all solutions regarding wages are free and collected in one place!;
- The Ministry of Economy published a Letter on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine On Public Procurement;
- Changes to the list of construction works that do not require documents giving the right to perform them, and after the completion of which the facility is not subject to acceptance into operation;
- The Cabinet of Ministers renamed the Ministry of Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine;
- Indicators of the indirect cost of housing construction by regions of Ukraine (calculated as of 01.10.2024);
- New lists of national standards and European documents for determining acceptability have been approved.
