On April 24, 2024, the 14th All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Current Problems of Law-Making in Modern Ukraine" was held at the Rivne Institute of the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The scientific forum of the modern legal elite confirmed the opinion that even in a crisis state of war trials, lawmaking remains one of the most important areas of the state's activity and a form of its regulatory activity. Various branches of law were covered, many important topics were raised, including lawmaking under martial law, which is a very relevant topic in our time.
A 3rd year student of the land law department took part in this conference. Elizabeth VASYLETS, who presented a report "Problems of water resources use in the Rivne region" under the scientific supervision of Oksana BASYUK.
The speakers were awarded certificates, and the reports of each participant will be published in an electronic collection.
