Today, another meeting was held within the framework of the platform "Dialogue between Government and Business" in online and offline format. The main issue of a series of such meetings from December 2024 to January 2025 is investments in the educational sector for the employment and training of veterans. The main task of the initiative is to promptly resolve current problematic issues of entrepreneurs in each region and territorial community, as well as state and regional initiatives. Leading enterprises of the Rivne region shared their experience in implementing veteran policy in their work.
Oleksandr Koval, head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, gave a welcoming speech. Oleksandr Kokhan, deputy head of the Rivne Regional State Administration, spoke about the program of affordable business financing: tools for recovery and growth. Petro Korzhevsky, director of the Department of Education and Science of the Rivne Regional State Administration, and Nataliya Bura, director of the Rivne Center for Vocational and Technical Education of the State Employment Service, led a conversation about the regional coordination platform “Rivne work hub”: training of specialists at the request of employers. Business representatives joined the discussion of these issues. In addition to representatives of the regional and district authorities, tax officials, customs officers, military personnel, and specialists from the employment center answered entrepreneurs’ questions.
These meetings were announced several times a month, based on a platform initiated by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr ZELENSKY.
The Construction Department, represented by the head of the cyclical commission of construction disciplines, participated in the dialogue to further coordinate actions at the level of local and regional initiatives regarding the implementation of programs for financial support of veterans' entrepreneurial activities, as well as the educational vector of socialization of military personnel.
