On April 10, 2025, the next meeting of the professional methodological association of teachers of the ZFPE in the specialty 121 Software Engineering, which operates at the State Institution NMC of Higher and Professional Pre-Higher Education, took place. The meeting is conducted by the NMC methodologist Inna Nesina and the head of the FMO - Iryna Yakymchuk, with the participation of leading teachers of Ukrainian colleges.
During the meeting, topical issues regarding improvements in the educational process, which will contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists, were considered.
One of the important areas during the training of specialists is the acquisition of practical experience. Applying the knowledge gained during training in the educational and professional program and mastering new ones from practitioners from IT companies allows students to confidently feel competitive in the labor market after graduating from college.
Therefore, Borys Holub, head of the Rivne branch of Kumeka Team, invited to the FMO meeting, invited the participants to join the students in holding the IT marathon "Blockchain: from client needs to the project". During such an event, leading experts will familiarize students with the innovative capabilities of the Solana blockchain platform. The prospects for using blockchain technologies in various fields and their development will allow future programmers to implement them in their professional activities.
No less important in the educational process is the digital transformation in the educational institution in order to expand the possibilities of traditional learning models and form a single digital educational space of the institution. After all, a modern student, who is used to being on the Internet, always has a smartphone with him and for him it is a natural quality of life, often masters the material through his gadget. Therefore, a CRM system helps to make the learning process natural. One of these is the lCloud Educational Cloud. It was presented by Mykola Stadnik, the developer of the CRM system for managing the educational process. This system is adapted for use in institutions of professional pre-higher education.
The meeting ended with a question about the preparation of manuals for students of the Federal State Educational Service "FMB" in the specialty 121 Software Engineering, which will contain theoretical and practical information from the most experienced teachers of Ukrainian colleges.
