On November 23, 2024, a parent meeting was held at the general education department.
A general parent meeting of the general education department was held in the college auditorium, after which parent meetings were held in 16 educational groups. The meetings were held in two shifts: at 11:30 for groups 11-O, 11-F, 11-M, 11-P, 11-Yu, 12-Yu, 13-YuIT, 11-Z; at 12:30 for groups 11-B, 11-D, 12-D, 11-IP, 12-IP, 13-IP, 11-K, 11-ISK. The following spoke at the meeting: the director of the college Tsaruk Vasyl Yuriyovych, the deputy director for educational work Talimonchuk Oleksandr Grigorovich, the head of the department Gumenyuk Valeriy Dmytrovych and the group supervisors.
The meeting was attended by 398 parents from 465 students. Some parents were absent for good reasons, but held conversations with the supervisors and the head of the department over the phone.
At the general meeting, parents were introduced to the content and methodology of the educational process in the institution. The results of work with students were summarized. An analysis of the adaptation of yesterday's school students to studying in college was conducted. Parents were introduced to the tasks, new content and directions of the educational process, the specifics of the work of the educational institution, received information about the regulatory and legal basis of innovations in education, and the passing of NMT students in four subjects in the second year of study.
In addition, parents were informed about the results of the analysis of the performance of lagging students conducted at the department and in the college.
Comprehensive answers were given to all the parents' questions and wishes. The meeting was held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and with mutual understanding between parents and the teaching staff regarding the prevention of possible problems in learning, the creation of conditions for successful interaction between adults and children.
Individual data for each student were prepared and presented by department supervisors at group meetings.
