Works at college since 2004. Possesses modern pedagogical technologies, has a high level of professional knowledge, promotes the application of new scientific and pedagogical methods of teaching and educating student youth.
Participant of the All-Ukrainian competition "Pedagogical OSCAR-2023", Interuniversity scientific and practical conferences: "Women's dimensions of past and present Ukraine: ideas and experience"; "Ukrainian economy in the context of modern global challenges: realities and prospects."
Carries out scientific and research activities, attracts students to participate in olympiads and competitions.
In 2022, Larysa Romanivna was awarded a Certificate for training a student who became the winner of the All-Ukrainian Internet Olympiad "Step to Knowledge", in 2023 - Gratitude as the coordinator of the International Mathematical Competition "Kangaroo".
According to the results of the "Leader of College Education" competition in 2024, she became the winner in the "Teacher of the Year" nomination.
