Cover letter

• текст повинен бути лаконічним, з поділом на абзаци, кожен з яких містить певну концепцію;
• в листі неприпустимим є наявність емоційного відтінку, необхідно прагнути стриманості, розважливості, серйозності, практичності;
• простота у викладі, яка дасть адресату можливість швидко зрозуміти зміст прочитаного;
• текст повинен бути структурованим: реквізити, вступ, основна частина, висновки;
• необхідно уникати орфографічних і стилістичних помилок;
• обсяг мотиваційного листа складає від 1 до 2 сторінок DIN А4, шрифт Times New Roman, кегль 14 pt, міжрядковий інтервал 1,5.

Details

The first part of the letter, which contains data about the addressee (name of the institution of higher (professional pre-higher) education, surname and initials of the person to whom the letter is addressed) and the addressee (surname, first name, patronymic of the applicant, address, telephone number and email address). The details are located in the upper right corner of the motivation letter.

A salutation is an important part of a cover letter. It gives the letter a formal character and attracts the attention of the recipient (for example: "Dear Vasyl Yurievich!"). The salutation is usually bold and/or italicized and centered.

Introduction

One line after the address, an introduction is placed, which is the first paragraph of the letter. This paragraph states its purpose and reason for writing (for example: "I am writing to you in connection with..."). In this part, it is worth briefly explaining why the specialty / educational program was chosen to study at the Separate Structural Unit "Rivne Professional College of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine" and how studying here will contribute to the professional development and career growth of the applicant, and the achievement of his life goals.

The main part

The third part of the letter, in which the applicant presents arguments to confirm the considered choice of the specialty in which he/she would like to study and an assessment of his/her own abilities, skills, and experience acquired by the time of admission to the Separate Structural Unit "Rivne Professional College of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine" that will help in mastering the chosen profession. In this part, it is appropriate to describe:

• зацікавленість предметом (чому обрано саме цю спеціальність/ освітню програму і як відбувався вибір? Які основні цілі та завдання Ви ставите перед собою?);
• навички та вміння в обраній галузі (зазначаються передусім ті, які мають безпосередній стосунок до обраної спеціальності/ освітньої програми);
• досвід роботи, курси, майстер-класи (за наявності);
• особисті досягнення (рівень результатів в навчанні у школі, якими є пріоритетними для навчання за обраною спеціальністю/ освітньоюпрограмою);
• плани на майбутнє (реалізація поставлених цілей професійного становлення), цілі (знання, уміння, навички), яких хотілося б досягти.

Final part

This is the conclusion of the motivation letter, which is a summary of the arguments presented above and contains an expression of readiness to diligently study in the chosen specialty/educational program.
