For the first time, the educational and professional program "Information Systems and Technologies" of the Higher Educational Institution "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" (ID in EDEBO 60815), under which applicants for professional pre-higher education will be recruited in 2024, was approved in 2023, and has been improved since then.
The program was created in accordance with the standard of professional pre-higher education. The standard of professional pre-higher education for the educational and professional degree of professional junior bachelor in the field of knowledge 12 Information Technologies, specialty F6 Information Systems and Technologies was approved and put into effect by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 17.11.2021. No. 1246.
In the process of implementing the educational and professional program "Information Systems and Technologies", the working group was and is in constant contact with employers and other stakeholders, the main of which are the academic community of the Faculty of Information Technologies of the National University of Information Technology of Ukraine, the proposals were considered and taken into account in the educational program, FOP Volodymyr Oleksiychuk, a graduate of the specialty F2 Software Engineering; LLC "IRP DATA SERVICE", represented by the director Oksana Kozik; representatives of the student self-government bodies of the college, etc. The program is constantly undergoing modernization in order to comply with the modern requirements of employers in the field of information technologies.

Meeting of the cyclical commission of programming and information disciplines to discuss the draft educational and professional program "Information Systems and Technologies"
On April 14, 2024, a meeting of the cyclical commission of programming and information disciplines was held to discuss the draft educational and professional program "Information Systems and Technologies".
The educational and professional program "Information Systems and Technologies" for applicants for professional pre-higher education was approved in 2023. The program was developed by the working group of the Separate Structural Unit "Rivne Professional College of the National University of Life Resources and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine" and contains a list of competencies important for employees of IT companies in the field of information technology: the ability to use and manage modern information and communication systems and technologies; the ability to select, deploy, integrate, administer and support information systems and technologies; the ability to develop, use and administer information systems and technologies in the process of business management in the agricultural sector.
These professional training competencies are divided into components (mandatory and optional at the choice of education seekers). Therefore, the compliance of the educational program components with the requirements of the standard of specialty F6 "Information Systems and Technologies" was analyzed in detail.
Participation in the international DAAD project No. 57649162 “Support of the digitalization of Ukrainian agricultural universities (2)” with the University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan-Triesdorf became an occasion to add professional competence to SK14. The ability to develop, use and administer information systems and technologies in the process of business management in the agricultural sector. This participation also contributed to the consideration of oriented topics of coursework.
The meeting concluded that the version of the educational and professional program approved in 2023 is relevant, meets the standards of professional pre-higher education and the needs of employers.
