For the first time, the educational and professional program "Entrepreneurship and Trade" of the Higher Educational Institution "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine", under which applicants for professional pre-higher education were recruited, was approved in 2020, and since then it has been constantly updated and improved.
The program was created in the absence of a standard for professional pre-higher education; at the initial stage, its formation was carried out on the basis of competencies provided for by the standard of the educational and qualification level "Junior Specialist".
The educational and professional program was developed in the 2020/2021 academic year and was modernized three times - in the 2021/2022 academic year in accordance with the standard of professional pre-higher education, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated June 22, 2021 No. 704 “On approval of the standard of professional pre-higher education in the specialty 076 Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities of the educational and professional degree “professional junior bachelor”, with amendments and additions dated July 7, 2021 No. 781; updated in the 2022-2023 academic year in accordance with the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Education Quality Service of Ukraine “Development of an educational and professional program and curriculum for the training of applicants for professional pre-higher education”; modernization in the 2023-2024 academic year in connection with a change in the list of fields of knowledge and specialties, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 16, 2022 No. 1392, according to which applicants for professional pre-higher education are trained, in order to implement the recommendations of stakeholders regarding modern labor market conditions and in accordance with the changes made to the standard of professional pre-higher education by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated February 19, 2024 No. 198 "On Amendments to the Standard of Professional Pre-Higher Education in the Specialty 076 Entrepreneurship, Trade and Stock Exchange Activities".
In the process of implementing the educational and professional program "Entrepreneurship and Trade", the working group was and is in constant contact with employers and other stakeholders, the main of which are VASYLETS Serhiy Dmytrovych - Director of LLC "Vektr", certified management system auditor (certificate No. VA 58 dated September 18, 2019 of the Center for Conformity Assessment "Faktum") and SYOK Olga Vasylivna - Director of LLC "BOS LOGISTICS", representatives of the college's student self-government bodies, etc. Accordingly, the program is constantly being updated and modernized in order to meet the modern requirements of the sphere of entrepreneurship, trade and commerce and employers.

Extended meeting of the cyclical commission of economic disciplines to discuss the draft educational and professional program "Entrepreneurship and Trade"
On April 6, 2024, an expanded meeting of the cyclical commission of economic disciplines was held to discuss the draft educational and professional program "Entrepreneurship and Trade". The meeting was attended by stakeholders VASYLETS Serhiy Dmytrovych - director of LLC "Vektr", certified management system auditor (certificate No. VA 58 dated September 18, 2019 of the Center for Conformity Assessment "Faktum") and SYOK Olga Vasylivna - director of LLC "BOS LOGISTICS", Vasyl TSARUK - director of the college, Lyudmila BALDYCH - deputy director for academic work, Iryna BLYSHCHYK - head of group 31-P and everyone interested.
The compliance of the educational program components with the requirements of the standard of specialty 076 "Entrepreneurship and Trade", modern agricultural production and trade, and the status of corrections of the comments and proposals of the expert group that were provided during the previous accreditation examination were analyzed in detail.
The meeting concluded that the version of the educational and professional program, which was modernized in 2024, meets the standards of professional pre-higher education and the needs of employers, and therefore it was decided to continue its use. However, it is necessary to make changes to the curriculum of the educational and professional program in order to meet the requirements of the new Model Regulation on the Organization of the Educational Process in Professional Pre-Higher Education Institutions and the Regulation on Practical Training of Applicants for Professional Pre-Higher Education, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 02.05.2023 No. 510.
