For the first time, the educational and professional program "Geodesy and Land Management" of the Higher Educational Institution "RFK NUBiP of Ukraine" (ID in EDEBO 45670), according to which applicants for professional pre-higher education were recruited, was approved in 2020, and since then it has been constantly updated and improved.
The program was created in the absence of a standard for professional pre-higher education; at the initial stage, its formation was carried out on the basis of competencies provided for by the standard of the educational and qualification level "Junior Specialist".
During 2020-2024, the educational and professional program was updated and modernized three times: in the 2022/2023 academic year in accordance with the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Education Quality Service of Ukraine "Development of an educational and professional program and curriculum for the training of applicants for professional pre-higher education"; in the 2023/2024 academic year in accordance with the standard of professional pre-higher education in the specialty G18 "Geodesy and Land Management" of the educational and professional degree "professional junior bachelor" approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 137 dated February 10, 2023; in the 2024/2025 academic year in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated May 2, 2023 No. 510 "On Approval of the Model Regulation on the Organization of the Educational Process in Institutions of Professional Pre-Higher Education and the Regulation on Practical Training of Applicants for Professional Pre-Higher Education."
In the process of implementing the educational and professional program "Geodesy and Land Management", the working group was and is in constant contact with employers and other stakeholders, the main ones of which are the head of the land relations department of the executive committee of the Rivne City Council Serhiy Targonii, director of the design and production private enterprise-firm "Convest-project" Vadim Volkoshovets, director of the land management private enterprise "Rost" Rustam Mamatov, representatives of the college's student self-government bodies, etc. Accordingly, the program is constantly being updated and modernized in order to meet the modern requirements of the field of geodesy and land management and employers.

Extended meeting of the cyclical commission of land management disciplines to discuss the draft educational and professional program "Geodesy and Land Management"
On April 3 and 4, 2024, an expanded meeting of the cyclical commission of land management disciplines was held to discuss the draft educational and professional program "Geodesy and Land Management". The meeting was attended by stakeholders Serhiy TARGONII - Head of the Land Relations Department of the Executive Committee of the Rivne City Council, Vadym VOLKOSHOVETS - Head of the Geodesy Department of the Design and Production Private Enterprise-Firm "Convest-Proekt", Rustam MAMATOV - Director of the Private Land Management Enterprise "Rost", Nadiya VASHCHYSHYNA - Head of the Department of Land Management, Land Assessment Works and Preparation of the Planning and Cartographic Basis of the Rivne Regional Branch of the State Land Cadastre Center, member of the working group on updating and modernizing the educational program, Vasyl TSARUK - Director of the College, Lyudmila BALDYCH - Deputy Director for Educational Work, Angelina STEFANISHYN - Head of Group 6-ZB, Sofia VOROZHBYT - Head of Group 41-Z and everyone interested.
The compliance of the educational program components with the requirements of the G18 specialty standard "Geodesy and Land Management", modern land management production, and the status of corrections of the comments and suggestions of the expert group and the industry expert council that were provided during the previous accreditation examination were analyzed in detail.
The meeting concluded that the version of the educational and professional program approved in 2023 is relevant, meets the standards of professional pre-higher education and the needs of employers, in connection with which it was decided to continue its use without significant changes. However, it is necessary to make changes to the curriculum of the educational and professional program in order to fulfill the requirements of the new Model Regulation on the Organization of the Educational Process in Professional Pre-Higher Education Institutions and the Regulation on Practical Training of Applicants for Professional Pre-Higher Education, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 02.05.2023 No. 510.
